The kiss felt like forever. All I was focusing on is my new husbands lips that were pressed against mine until what felt like forever. Finally, Annie touches my shoulder telling me it's been over 2 minutes of my time kissing Peeta. After the kiss, I am lost in his bright blue eyes not seeing anyone else but him. As we walk down the aisle, he whispers
" I love you Katniss Mellark"
and I say
"I love you to Peeta Mellark"

"how about we take that walk we talked about earlier?" Peeta says

"yea. I'd like that" I say

After being congratulated by several people, me and Peeta take a walk through the woods since we have some time to spare...

"So, Katniss. I got a note from your dad today" he says while taking a letter out of his jacket.

"Really?!?I got one too but I haven't actually read it yet." as I take the folded up piece of paper out of my shoe where I hid it

"He.. He knew I was going to marry you Katniss... How?"

" I don't know. He died when I was ten years old,almost eleven, but ever since then, he was my best friend. After he died not even Gale too his place. But hey, he did used to always talk about going to the bakery one day. Maybe my dad and your dad talked about you know. Us. " I say

"maybe they did. When my dad used to buy the squirrels your dad hunted, your dad would stay talking to mine for quite a while."

"so, they both knew" I say smiling" they both know"

"and I couldn't be more happier" Peeta says while kissing my forehead

"I love you Peeta" I say looking up to him

"I love you too Katniss" he says while his kisses me on the mouth

Half way through our beautiful reception, Peeta and I have had a love for this song called You and Me by a band called Lifehouse. We decided to sing the song since we both really love the message it gives about love

"Ladies and Gentlemen" starts off Finnick
"tonight, two of my best friends are married and tonight, they will sing they're favorite love song, I give to you, You and Me" he finishes as everyone claps and I see our videoman and almost everyone videotaping us as Peeta starts off

Peeta- What day is it? And in what month?

Everyone is clapping. Going crazy. Both me and Peeta go and hug one another while I whisper "I love you so damn much" into his ear.

*ding ding ding ding* a the glasses go as Finnick starts off his speech " for a couple of years, Peeta has found his way as my brother. Now, I never had a brother, I was the only boy in the family. so having a brother figure in my life was an amazing experience. Same goes for Katniss. Ever since The quarter quell, She became my sister and they both found they're love for one another over time. At first, I didn't believe they're love story but, look where we are now! They are married and expecting my beautiful goddaughter. I'm so happy I picked these two crazy love birds to be my own sons godparents so they can help show him the way to accomplishing life and supporting him the whole way through. Speaking for both Annie and I, we both couldn't find closer friends to stick around with for as long as we have in the world. Spending a minute with these two can lighten up anyone's mode. These two are like family to us and we couldn't be more happier than to have then in our life's. so cheers to both Peeta and Katniss on they're Wedding and many more years to come!" he says as we cheers ( I have to drink water) and as Me and Peeta go up and hug both Finnick and Annie.
"thanks you guys" I say in a group hug
"Time for cake! Peeta says as Jeanette's fiancée(who Peeta had a brief conversation with and Haymitch Bring out Peeta's cake he's been working on in twelve for days on and let me tell you, all his extra hours at work really payed off. Our wedding cake is beautiful. it is a 5 tear cake and on each of it is a patiently sculpted painted memory of me and Peeta.
The first tear of the cake is starting to when both of us were about 5 and he painted both me and him on the cake. Next tear is when we both were reaped into our hunger games. Next is our reunited picture in the capitol except, we are hugging eachother instead of Peeta strangling me. next is the night he proposed to me. the perfect night which lead to the next layer, Our baby girls sonogram. So gentle and innocent. and on top of the cake is two delicately sculptured miniature versions of me and Peeta.

"I love this cake" I say as I hug my husband tightly not wanting to let go " thank you" I say to him while looking into his bright blue eyes

"no problem. I love you Katniss" he says to me

" and I love you too Peeta"

"Forever and always?"he asks

"forever and always" I say to him

the rest of our wonderful night was a blur...

until this happened.
