Gally's POV
I got the vault open and stole all of the vials serum. By the time I was done, an alarm was going off. I knew I had to get the kids and the serum out as fast as possible."Okay. We need to get out of here now. You stay close to me, stick together." I told the kids.
They gave me head nods in agreement.
"You, you guard this with your life. Do you understand?" I said to a boy, then handed him the bag of serum.
"Alright, let's go!" I said as I cocked my gun and led the kids of their holding room.

Janson was running up and down various hallways and staircases.
"Lock down the building. Send everyone up to Level Twenty. And, someone shut off those annoying sirens." he said into his wristwatch.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Gally secretly led the kids out of the building and into the parking garage.
"Brenda, where are you? We're here." he said into a walkie talkie.
Then, a bus pulled up right in front of them. It was Brenda in the driver's seat.
"Come on, let's go." she said as she opened up the side window.
One by one, they piled the kids onto the bus to get them out of the city.
"Wait, where's Thomas?" Brenda asked.
"I was hoping he was with you." Gally answered.
A worried expression appeared on Brenda's face.
"Wait, wait! Stay here with the kids. I'll find them. Just wait for us, okay?" Gally said, then ran off.
"We're not going anywhere." Brenda said to herself.
All of the kids were seated and Brenda was still in the driver's seat. She was patiently waiting for her friends to return. Playing the waiting game isn't fun, especially under these circumstances.
A WICKED patrol car pulled up close to the bus.
"Get down. Get down." Brenda instructed.
Her and the kids crouched down in their seats to hide as best they can.
"Stay quiet." Brenda whispered.
She peered up and saw one WICKED guard staring suspiciously at the bus. She knew that she had to make a split second decision. It wasn't the best option, but it was all she could think of.
"I'm sorry, guys." Brenda whispered to herself.
She turned the key in the ignition and the bus started up. She got up in the driver's seat and put the vehicle into drive.
"Hold on." Brenda said to the kids, then started to drive.
Some of the kids sounded like they were freaking out by what was happening.
"It's alright." Brenda reassured them.
She drove out of the parking garage and went out into the city. It was quite a drive to get to where Frypan was picking them up.
The ride was going smooth, so to speak. It got harder when WICKED patrol cars were following them. They were almost there, but Brenda had to stop because WICKED patrol cars were blocking the road up ahead. There were more patrol cars behind them.
"Get out of the vehicle." a guard demanded.
All of the kids looked scared because of the worry that they were going to get sent back to the WICKED building.
Brenda put the bus into park, grabbed a gun, and stood up from her seat.
"Don't move. You're doing great." she told the kids, then walked off the bus.
"Now, step away from the vehicle. I said step away from the vehicle! Put your hands in the air." the guard demanded.
Brenda did as instructed. She cautiously walked to the front of the bus.
"Drop the weapon!" the guard demanded, noticing the gun in her hand.
Brenda disobeyed and raised the gun in the air. She pulled the trigger and a bright, red flare was shot up in the air. Frypan was up in a yellow crane. When he saw Brenda's flare, he knew that was his cue.
"Here we go." he said, then pulled a lever.
It lowered a hook down to Brenda. She attached it to the bumper and got back on the bus in a hurry.
"Hold onto something." Brenda told the kids.
Everyone was holding on for dear life.
Frypan pulled another lever to lift up the bus to bring it outside of the city. The bus was over the other side of the wall. The weight was getting too heavy for the crane to handle, so Frypan let them down.
The bus went down, but the cable ran out and the hook broke off from the bumper. It was standing up vertically, but it toppled over a few seconds later. Brenda took a moment to breathe.
"Okay. Everybody off." she said.
Her and the kids got off the bus. Brenda checked on each of them to make sure they were okay after that adrenaline rush.
Frypan got out of the crane's controls and walked down to a ladder. He saw the cable and decided to have a little fun. He slid down it like fire pole and landed on top of the bus with a thud.
"Fry! Are you alright?" Brenda asked.
"Yeah. Did you guys see that?" he asked, adding humor to the situation.
The two of them, as well as some of the kids laughed. It wasn't until Frypan noticed that some important people were missing.
"Where's the guys?" he asked.
"I'll explain later. Come on, we need to get back to Lawrence's base." Brenda said.
