So, Monokuma set up a new motive! Shuichi gets his memories back and becomes this Yandere obsessed guy over Kokichi! Kokichi on the other hand didn't receive his memories but instead got turned into a girl! And on top of that Monokuma erased Kokichi...
I woke up tied up, lying next to Shuichi. He was peacefully asleep. My face paled. I gotta get out of here! I try to struggle against the ropes until I feel it burning my wrists and ankles. I was just gonna push myself off the bed, silently hopefully, until Shuichi pulled me closer to him. And that's not the worst part. I was lying a bit higher than him so his face is in my chest! I start blushing madly. I know he's asleep and can't help it but this is embarrassing...!
"H-hey Shuichi? Wake up!" I whisper yell at him. I heard him groan. I sighed and kneed him a little. That woke him up. He quickly got his face out of my chest.
"O-oh sorry Kokichi!" He yelped. I glared at him.
"What's wrong Kokichi? I said I was sorry." he said. I ignored him, he did not like that. He grabbed me and threw me on the chair.

1) Shuichi just uses rope to tie Kokichi to the chair
