Steam escapes from the bathroom as you open the door and walk into the hallway, you're still drying off your hair when you notice a figure standing in front of you. It's a girl, she's wearing a buttoned-up shirt and blue jeans, an apron hangs from her neck, she's average in almost every way, except for a few glaring differences, this girl has a pair of cat ears and a tail.
"Lucas!" the girl excitedly exclaims.
You step back in surprise, not expecting anyone to be there.
"Oh uhh, hey Maria, do you need something?" you question.
With a large grin on her face, she says, "I just wanted to talk, you got home so late last night that I barely had any time to see you before you stumbled off into bed. And you slept so late today, all the jet lag from the trip must have really messed up your sleeping schedule, I was starting to wonder if you would ever wake up sleepy bones! But low and behold, here you come, shambling out of your room and straight into the shower," she giggles at the image in her mind.
"Well umm, it's nice that you want to talk," you say awkwardly, "but as you can see, I just got out of the shower and I'm half-naked here"
Maria perks up, almost as if she had not realized the awkwardness of the situation, "Oh! My apologies Lucas, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, if you wish, we could talk more in your room."
