We were now in the airship, watching the view. The Zoldyck Mansion wasn't too far away, so this shouldn't take that long at all. Once we had got there, there was a large gate facing towards us, to be said whoever passes through is not guaranteed to return. The doors on the large stone wall had suddenly opened, revealing a claw with two skulls in its hands. ..that was a bit concerning. An old man had called the creatures name.

..Mike? A friendly name for an unfriendly being.
The old man let us inside, seeming to be someone that Killua knew. He probably did something to serve the Zoldyck's. He rambled on about the Zoldyck's and stuff, until he told us that he could not allow us to pass through. The hell with that, I'm going on whether you like it or not. The entire reason why he didn't want to let us in was because of their watchdog Mike, apparently.

We had arrived, noticing that there were a few guards around.
We went up to the Mansion trying to push the doors open, but it was no use. They were entirely too heavy. I had an idea, though.
I stuck my Kunai darts through the crack between the two doors, watching as the doors started to open. Honestly, I didn't mind if they broke. As long as we get Killua back. I can always buy new ones anyways, although these are kind of special to me because they were from my brother.
I didn't really have a goal, honestly..
I just wanted to take down the phantom troupe and the ninja's that massacred everyone who was special to me. It was only me and my brother that were left.
Shouka.
I'm going to find him. One way or another.
..that will be my goal.

Just as the doors started to open a bit, someone came up behind us. It was a guard.
She had a staff with her hair tied up, wearing a uniform that was assigned for all the guards. She was pretty if I do say so myself.
Of course, she wouldn't just let us pass through so easily.
"Excuse me, I need you to leave," She told us. "Is there something that you want from the Zoldyck family?"

Gon nodded. "We are Killua's friends and we came here to visit him!" That couldn't be convincing. We should've done this entire thing in secret.
"I apologize, but you have to go." She said in return. I went up to her and faced her.

"Sorry, but I don't think we will." This might have to be settled with a fight. She brought out her staff and got prepared in a fighting stance.
"Shall we?"
I nodded.

"Wait, (y/n), this is a bad idea-" Kurapika tried telling me. "Isn't there any other way we can do this? This is kinda unreasonable-"

"Kurapika, don't worry about me. I know what I'm doing." He sighed and gave up trying to tell me what to do.

I pulled out the Kunai darts I used to open the doors of the Zoldyck Mansion, which were surprisingly still in good shape. The guard/Butler came in for an attack, but I had dodged. She seemed pretty strong, let's not underestimate her..
"Tell me, what's your name?" I asked.
"That is unnecessary." She responded.

"C'mon, it only takes a breath to tell me! What else am I going to call you?"

"...Canary."

"Nice to meet you, Canary! I'm (y/n), and if I win this fight, you have to let us pass through."
She was pretty confident.
"Very well then." As soon as I lowered my guard, she slammed me on the back with her staff. Ouch.
I immediately got up and threw my Kunai darts towards her, but I purposely missed. ..I didn't really want to hurt her or anything. She seemed nice. Plus, it hurts a lot getting hit by these. I'd rather use them on someone who deserves it, I'm just trying to get her to let her guard down. It worked. I got a few hits in, although I didn't make them too hard.
———-
This went on for a while, until I finally knocked her to the ground, holding a Kunai dart to her neck.
"Will you surrender?" I asked.
She sighed, and nodded.
"Master Killua should be inside the mansion, Lady (y/n). Good luck on getting him back."

She was so.. kind.
"Thank you, Canary. I will never forget you." She seemed surprised at my message, as if no one has told her something like that before.

"..is something wrong, Canary?" I turned to her, watching as she brushed the dirt off of her uniform.
"Everything is fine," she replied. "Now you should go." I nodded, as the others looked at me in complete shock. It kinda made me feel uncomfortable.
"I- how- you- just- I- HOW DID YOU TAKE ONE OF THE ZOLDYCK MANSION'S BUTLERS DOWN SO EASILY?!" Leorio shouted at me with amazement.

"Oh- well- it wasn't really easy? I just did what I had to," I chuckled a bit.
"That was.. really something," Kurapika said.
"(Y/n), thank you so much!! I can't thank you enough!!" Gon told me. I nodded with a smile on my face, but it was probably only going to get much harder from here. We entered the mansion, revealing the dark and gloomy lightening from inside. It felt pretty empty, as if something was missing. We then entered a room with another guard, he was much taller and wore glasses.
