It was one day after the task. You wake up to see you were in Draco's arms. You carefully sat up not trying to wake him.
After the big celebration in the great hall, you and Draco talked for hours and hours until you both feel asleep in another's arms.
You didn't go back to your dorm for fresh/dry clothes, so Draco gave you his hoodie and some sweat pants.
As you were about to stand up you feel two arms go around your waist and pull you back down
"Don't leave me!" He said
"We have classes remember Gummy Bear" I say Turing around and facing him
"Let's skip class" he whines
"I mean, I guess we can skip Moodys class" I say
But once we the words left my mouth I swear he was already in the bathroom getting ready.
"See you in class" I laugh and walk to my dorm
I walk into the common room and see Theo, Blaise and Draco.
"Hello Boys" I greet
"Finally" Theo says
"I'm sorry I'm not fast" I roll my eyes and laugh
We all make it to the great hall and sit down. Of course I'm sitting down next to Draco, and resting our interwind hands on the table.
"I'm surprised Mafloy got out of bed" Blaise laughed
"All you have you have to say is that your going to be late to Moodys class" I giggle
"We don't have Moodys class tho" Theo says
"Are you serious?" He turns his head towards me
"I have a big test today" I say
"You could've just said that and not lie to me" he said
"Sorry" I say
"It's fine" he rolls his eyes
"Oooo first couple fight" Theo says
"Shut you mouth Nott" I roll my eyes
"Anyways, where's Danny?" Blaise asks changing the conversation
"With his girlfriend" Draco says
"What's her name?" I ask
"Molly" Theo rolls his eyes
"You don't seem to happy about it" I smirk
"It's nothing trust me" he says
"Well it's something" I say
"Molly, is my sister" he says
"You have a sister! And I didn't know!" I say
"Didn't come up?" He shrugs
"Did you two know?" I ask Draco and Blaise
"Yep" Blaise reply's
"Yeah, we've known Molly for a long time" Draco adds
"I never knew" I pout
"It's not a big deal If you want to meet her" Theo says
"No, she gave me a real dirty look at the Yule Ball" I say
"Yeah, my family is not a big fan of you" Theo says
"Who isn't" I roll my eyes again
"Well I'm happy you don't follow your family" I say
"Me to, your a good person" he reply's and smiles
I smile at his comment. Only if they really knew I think.
We start to eat and suddenly a letter drops on my plate.
I open up the letter to see it forms the Ministry Of Magic.
"Oh god" I mumble
"What?" Draco asks
"The Ministry Of Magic sent me a letter" I say
"What do they want?" Theo asks
"I don't know Theo, I haven't opened the letter yet" I roll my eyes
Dear Ms. Riddle,
We have found that one of our workers were found dead in the forest after the second task at the black lake. We have been told, You and Mr. Mafloy were one of the last people to leave the towers. You have a trail, for being a killer of the Ministry Of Magic. Your trail is April, 16th, 1994.
The Ministry Of Magic
"There accusing me of murder!" I shout
"Who is?" Draco asks
"Honestly, if you went any slower, you would be be going backwards" I roll my eyes
"The Ministry of Magic!" Blaise reads off the paper
"Why are the accusing you?" Blaise asks
"They think I murdered someone in the Ministry" I say
"Wait until my father hears about this!" Draco says getting up
"Draco, your father can't do anything" I say pulling him back
"Yes he can, he's very powerful in the Ministry Y/n, I can talk to him!" He says
"Fine" I roll my eyes
"You will be thanking me for this" he says pecking my lips and leaving
"We're you with Mafloy the whole time?" Theo asks reading the letter
"Yes!" I say banging my head on the table
(Two months later, April 16th, BIG time skip)
It was the day of the trail. I got dressed in a black shirt, with a women's suit jacket, and some dress pants.
Knock, knock
"Come in!" I say turning around towards the door
"Hello!" Draco says coming in
"Hey" I say turning back around
"Are you ok?" He asks hugging my from behind
"No, just because my father is the dark lord, does not mean I killed anyone" I say
"Well that's life I guess, just because I'm a Mafloy and my father is an ex death eater, doesn't mean I'm one" he says
"I guess you have a point" I say
"Many family's are like that, just because there parents are something good or bad, doesn't mean there children will end up like it" he adds
"Hmm, well thank you for the talk but I have to leave" I say
"Ok, good bye" he says pecking my lips
"Wait! Walk me to the fire place at least!" I grab his hand
We walk down the stairs to see Snape and Dumbledore.
"Ms. Riddle" Dumbledore says
"How can I help?" I ask
"I will be coming with you Y/n, you might need some back up" he reply's and I just nod
He guides me to the fire place and grabs a bucket of flu powder.
"I will go first, then you will follow" he says and I just nod
"But sir, if we don't win this trail, will I go-"
"I won't let it happen" he says
I gulp and nod. I just hope they don't find out about my visions. He grabs some flu powder and he disappears. I follow into the fire place and disappear to, and the last thing I see is Draco waving with a slight smile.
(In trail)
"MS.RIDDLE IS A MURDERER!" Someone shouts
"This girl was with Mr. Mafloys son the whole time, I saw them leave the boats and go into the castel with my own two eyes!" Dumbledore shouts back
It has been 3 hours in this trail, we have been going in circles and circles about me being a murder or not.
"Ms. Riddle is that true, we're you with Mr. Mafloys son?" A man asks
"Yes sir, I was with him the whole time" I reply
"How can we trust you!" Someone shouts
"Your right there, why should you? But, if I wanted to kill someone, for example Harry Potter, he would be dead with the rest of you." I say
There was a couple of gasps and whispers, but it was the truth.
"You are non guilty for a killing, but must I warn you Ms.Riddle. Any trouble and there will be punishment for your actions" The man warns
"Yes. Sir" I reply
(Back in the great hall)
After the trail I walk back in the great hall with Dumbledore. The big doors open and everyone's eyes go on me.
"No need to stare" I smirk and walk over to the Slytherin table
As soon as sit down the 4 boys start clapping, then people start to realize that they may of missed something so the whole table starts clapping.
Then the whole great hall started clapping.
"Guys!" I drag Draco's hands down then the boys stop clapping and the rest of the great hall.
"Whoops" Draco giggles
"Yes whoops Gummy Bear" I say
"Gummy bear?" Danny asks
"It's big cute nickname!" I pinch his cheeks that makes him blush
"Couples are gross!" Theo says
"Wait until you find someone" I roll my eyes and laugh
"So how did the trail go?" Draco asks
"Badly, but we won" I say putting my head on his shoulder
"That's good!" He smiles
"Yeah, but four straight hours it was hell" I say
"But you should of seen the coming tho" he reply's
"I did, but I didn't know it would be that bad" I say
"I'm guessing He'll is better then the trail?" He asks
"100%" I with a laugh
After diner we walk out holding hands and go to bed cuddling, and happy in another's arms.
