I opened WhatsApp on my phone and messaged the group about what was going on.

Aljaz- Guys you'll never guess what? I had a phone call just now. Someone saw my Mum carrying Janette in to an abandoned building at the other end of the street the night she went missing!!

Dianne- Oh my god seriously?!

Amy- Are we sure this person was genuine and wasn't just doing it because you've offered money?

Aljaz- No he was genuinely serious he saw them!

Gorka- That's great news mate! What's going to happen to your Mum if they find her?

Aljaz- She'll go to prison! She's not going to get away with something like that!

Giovanni- You're getting Janette back that's the main thing!!

Aljaz- I know I'm so happy!

"Son grab your coat and tell your friends to let us at the police station, you're getting Janette back today!"

"Can't we just go straight to where Evan said they are?"

"Because if we go ourselves, your Mum can easily take off! If the police are there they won't let her away!"

"Okay let's go!!"

I met up with Dianne and everyone else and we all walked into the police station.

"Hi we're looking for officer Milner?" Nadiya asked the person at the front desk.

"Ah yes I'll get him for you just now!"

"Hello everyone, my goodness me Janette's a popular little girl isn't she?" Officer Milner said coming out of his office.

"Yes we are all her friends." Neil said.

"What can I help you all with?"

"A guy called Evan Mackay has come forward with information about the night Janette went missing. He said he saw my Mum going into the abandoned building at the other side of the town carrying Janette."

"Okay if you want to make your way there, we will follow you in the police car, would anyone like to come with us?"

"I'll go, Dianne and Amy do you want to come with us? Everyone else can go with my Dad!" I said looking at Dianne and Amy.

"I've never been in a police car before..."

"Well don't make this a habit!" Officer Milner said laughing.
