Chapter 35

Nash POV

"Hey Nash"  Layla says sarcastically

I don't need her here right now, especially when Alex is coming over.

"I can't talk right now, bye" I say before attempting to close the door before her foot blocks it.

"Uh no Nash, I'm staying" She states

I sigh and shake my head

"No, no you're not. I like ALEX not you" I made sure I emphasized Alex's name.

"Ha that slut? I'm wayyy better nash and you know it" she says with a smirk

"First off Alex is not a slut, you perhaps are" I start and Layla looks at me with wide eyes

"Secondly Alex was my first love and I want her to be my one and only, soooo yeah you can leave, its not like we had anything" I state

"Okay, I'm sorry Nash, friends though right?" She questions

"For sure" I say with a smile before closing the door

Now I just wait for Alex to come.

Alex POV

The date with Shawn has been amazing, yet something didn't feel right the whole time. Is Shawn the right one? I really do like him but I don't know if its friendship or love. Eugh why is my life so complicated?!

Shawn dropped me off at home a few minutes ago, and he doesn't know I'm going to see Nash.

I run upstairs and get changed into more casual clothes as I was still in my formal wear.

I open my drawer and grab a pair of skinny jeans and a tank top and a flannel to tie around my waist.  And that was the look finished.

I pick up my phone off my drawer and put it in my pocket, also I grab my car keys and head back down the stairs.

I walk out my front door to my car and I unlock it before getting in and starting the ignition.

The car journey consisted of bad singing, car dancing and stopping dancing when another car went past.

About 10 minutes later I've finally arrived at Nash's house and I suddenly feel really nervous. Is nash the one? 

I take a deep breath before getting out of my car and walking up the pathway to Nash's front door. The place I got my heart broken 2 weeks ago.

I knock on the door and soon nash appears on the door frame

"Hey alex" nash says with a smile

"Hi  Nash" I say returning the smile

"Please come in" nash says whilst signalling to come inside with his hand

"Thanks" I say before walking past nash into the house

I take a seat on the couch and soon nash joins me

"Sooo" I say trailing off

"Uh yeah, I'm sorry alex. Truly I am" nash starts

"You mean the world to me, I love you and I know I always will because who doesn't love their first love?" I see nash smirking in the middle of the sentence it was pretty cute

"Aw" I say out loud my mistake, I soon feel my cheeks burn up. That's so embarrassing. But I don't think nash noticed

"Alex, layla was a friend and she tried to take things further, but I just couldn't. I love YOU and only YOU. Alex please forgive me" nash says with pleading eyes
