Kiara's POV:
"Naraku" Inuyasha hissed. I turn and glare at the figure that's starting to appear in the shadows.
Naraku's image came into view— a white-like animal mask and fur clothing him can be seen as he laughed wickedly.
"Lady Kiara, traveling with Inuyasha and friends. How unexpected" he mockingly said.
I released an arrow towards Naraku and purified the miasma at the same time. Kagome saw what I was doing and did the same. Miroku opened his wind tunnel to suck miasma but Sango stopped him.
I believe that the miasma's poison can travel through the monk's body. It can slowly kill him
"Miroku stop! Let me handle it" Sango counters afraid that Miroku is indifferent to his own body.
Miroku nodded after some time after seeing the look on Sango's face and closed his wind tunnel.
"Hiraikotsu!" Sango attacked bringing the demons down as well. One by one, the demons are being cut in half as the gigantic boomerang passes them.
"WIND SCAR!!!!" Inuyasha came charging towards Naraku. Once his attack came in contact with Naraku's body, the loss of useless flesh of demons was scattered.
I once again release arrows towards Naraku. It releases a light and pierces Naraku's shoulder causing him to grunt in pain for a while.
with an angered expression, he transformed into a deformed monster and a group of tentacles came out from his body. It spread all over the place ready to attack and kill all of us.
Just like what happened years ago.
The others are fighting the demons. I saw Kilala flying with Sango and Miroku on her back.
And Shippo and Kagome stayed here on the ground.
"Damn you!" Inuyasha shouted and attacked Naraku again. But his tentacles covered his real body.
I attacked to give way to Inuyasha and it did work.
"Ugh!" Naraku grunted in pain.
I was about to attack once again however, Naraku has something up his sleeves.
"Now now Lady Kiara. You wouldn't want to do that again" he taunted while smirking
Everybody stopped for a moment and jumped toward me to regroup.
"Why is that?" I answered still ready to release the arrow I was holding.
"An existence of someone I believe is important to you, my lovely priestess-"
My eyes widened and my heart began to beat rapidly. My hands fell waiting for him to finish his sentence. Hoping that he does not mean what I think
"-where shall I seek him?"
My mouth hangs open with tears starting to fall from my eyes.
"My child.." I muttered. He can't find him. He must not find him and use him against me.
I lay there weak on the grass with blood all over my body. I cough blood and lean my body on the well. I look at my child crying in my arms.
I have to cast a spell to deliver him safely into this world. His time has not yet come but I have to do this.
"Uwaaaaa!!!" My baby is still crying.
White short hair and marks that resemble his father. That pointy nose and chubby cheeks...
I caress his face and smile softly.
He's perfect
"Shhhh, mama is here," I tried comforting him, but still he did not stop crying. My eyes soften and water as I look at my son's tears flowing down his cheek.
I feel helpless...
What do I do? I need you...
"Kouta...Kouta shall be your name" I said and leaned to kiss him on the forehead.
He stopped crying for a moment and I thought that he already calmed down yet he shed tears again and wailed as he gripped my clothes.
Come now my darling, mama's here...

I started singing a lullaby wanting to calm him down.
"As you lay your head and you rest

Tears start to fall from my eyes.
"When all hope seems lost

Kouta slowly calms down with little hiccups escaping his mouth. I smiled as I saw my child falling into a deep sleep and his breathing become stable.
I let out a sigh of relief. But I'm still getting weaker and lightheaded. I have to do something to keep my child safe.
My heart feels heavy thinking that I will be separated from my child but I have to do this. If I will be sealed, my child will be left unprotected.
He needs to be safe
He needs to stay alive
I closed my eyes and felt warm sensations in my palms. I look at it and it's shining bright.
I focused my strength and powers on creating a barrier around my child. And then, Kouta was enveloped by a ball of light, and with the speed of light, it flew to somewhere safe.
No one knew about Kouta yet. My stomach was not visible when the attack happened.
My barrier will protect him and he will be sleeping for a long time. Maybe when the time comes, we will be reunited again
I cough blood once again. My body felt so weak since I used everything I had to protect everybody. It hurts everywhere. I feel my head spinning as I feel my strength slowly leaves my body
"Lady Kiara,"
I looked up and saw Kikyo— long black hair with a beautiful face. She looked very worried and was about to help me but stopped when she realized that there was nothing she could do.
The actions that I did have consequences and I have to face them. I would like to stay longer but I'm afraid I can't.
My eyes are starting blurry and black dots are appearing in my visions.
Kikyo just stays there looking at me sadly.
"Protect the Shikon Jewel," I muttered.
"I will" she answered before I fall into darkness.
How did Naraku find out about my child?
"Where is he I wonder?" Naraku said with a wicked grin that I wanted to slap it off his face.
"He will be a great help for me" he continued.
I gritted my teeth.
"Damn you!"
