Epilogue

Present day

A sudden rush of cold wind brought Zoya to the present. She closed the half opened window and she went to the portrait of Aditya in the living room and said, "Adi is growing just like you... He is splitting image of you... He reminds me of you, Aditya. I missed you... I miss you every day... Aditya" tears rolled out of her eyes. She wiped it and said, "If it was not for our child, I would have followed you..." she closed her eyes and reminded all those days from the day she met him and till he fell to the ground dead.

After his death, as Zoya was continuously crying, as they couldn't control her and her health was deteriorating, soon they took her along with them to Canada. Grace took care of her for the first trimester and when doctor said that her child life is at risk because of her health deteriorating. And when Zoya learnt that Grace is also pregnant, she stopped worrying about her life and started to take care of her and the baby. She changed her life for Aditya's baby, when she gave birth to boy baby, she named him "Aditya", and everyone thought she named him after his dad. But she wanted to name him after them "Adit" from Aditya and "ya" from Zoya.

She called him "Adi" while he was growing. He was splitting image of Aditya. Every single thing he reminded her of Aditya. Now, Adi is her life, she is happy that he is growing just like his father with his kind heart and so much maturity at his age.

Whenever she thinks about Aditya and the moment being with him, she gets goose bumps. She always gets goose bumps when he touches her. A wind came and grazed her from somewhere and she gets goose bumps. She opened her eyes and looked around the empty room as she felt like that Aditya hugged her. "I love you, Aditya... till my last breath" she said looking at the portrait.

"Mumma... What are you doing here? Good Morning, Papa", He said looking at the portrait while Adi hugged her from behind. "Hey... You're late... Finish you breakfast soon..." she said while turning towards him and kissed him on his forehead. "Mumma... I had my breakfast", he said smiling and she wondered he got the same smile of Aditya. "Oh! My good boy... where is Anjan?" she asked while tapping on his back.

Anjan is Grace and Arjun's son, named after Anjana Hooda, He is just 4 months younger to Adi, he came running down the stairs and hugged Zoya. "Good Morning, Aunty", he said and hugged her tightly. "Good Morning, Anjan... Again you're late..." she said. "Aunty... Can you please tell Mumma not to beat me in the morning... she will listen only to you... today she beat me again for waking up late..." Anjan said innocently. Zoya laughed as Grace and Arjun came down the stairs.

Arjun said, "Anjan enough, buttering your aunt... You're getting late... Come on, get into the car..." As Adi and Anjan got out of the house, Zoya said, "Arjun... today..." she trailed off. "I know Bhaabhi... Today is Bhai's 10th Anniversary... I have already taken permission... I'll be here by afternoon with the boys..." Zoya eyes welled up and Arjun hugged her while saying, "I know Bhaabhi... Even I miss him..." Zoya said, "I miss him too... I miss him still today... every single minute and every second..." she sniffled as they broke the hug and Arjun nodded to her and wiped his eyes before walking out of the house.

Arjun, Adi and Anjan said good bye, after they left Grace stopped Zoya and asked, "Are you okay?" Zoya embraced Grace and said, "No... I'm not okay... I miss him Gracie... I miss him around me... I miss him badly... I still yearn for his touch... I want to him to embrace me as he used to embrace me... I want to see him and touch him... I'm not okay without him... I want him back... I know karma is bitch... And I have heard that revenge will always come with price... But I never thought that I'll get my revenge at the price of my love, my life and my Aditya".
