Introduction: School can be a super stressful place. Constantly worrying about upcoming test, events, and your surroundings all day long! In this chapter, I am going to be listing some ways to help with stress from school. If y'all want, I can make another chapter for starting at a new school too!

#1- Talk to your Counselor
Reaching out to the school counselor and telling them your current situation. They can share strategies to help with stress! If you are to scared to personally talk to them, have a parent/guardian reach out to your school, or you could just email them. If you are interested there is a chance that your school has a stress group or similar club.#2- Tell a teacher (or other trusted adult)
If you become really stressed during class, ask your teacher if you can go on a walk for a few minutes/ step out a second, or just go to the bathroom. Stepping out for a minute can help your mental health; it may not have a huge impact, but it's something.#3- Tell your friends
Note that you don't have to tell all of your friends, but telling them what's happening may help. Your friends are there to help you and they have your back. Mentioning the fact that you have really bad anxiety can help them understand why you may act a certain way.#4- Consider getting a psychologist or out of school counselor
You may not need one, but having one can be helpful. Every person has different experiences and different advice. I had one a few years back and I loved it, it was helpful; I hate sharing my feelings though. A psychologist maybe able to help you as well, you can make an appointment with one of you would like. I don't know much about them (sorry), so if your interested you'd have to look it up!A/N: I highly suggest meeting once a week with a counselor, if you are unable that's fine. I met once a week and it helped me a lot! Don't ever be afraid to change if you don't like your current one as well.
