Panic Disorder Definition:
A type of anxiety in which you have repeated attacks of intense fear that something bad will happen or is going to happen.

Information:
Panic Disorder is characterized by unexpected and repeated panic attacks. Not only that, but also having a fear of more attacks to come. When suffering from this disorder you may also have a fear of having an attack while in public or in other location where help is limited or none; you're alone. This can be called agoraphobia, meaning that you try to avoid public spaces at all costs; such as shopping centers.

More Information: What is a panic/anxiety attack?
I have written about these attacks in previous chapters (you can check them out if you want extra knowledge ☺️) , but I will give a short summary here! A panic attack is a period of intense fear, stress, or discomfort, developing suddenly. Panic attacks most likely will only last from 10-30 minutes, but could potentially come in "episodes" over the course of a few days. Panic attacks aren't dangerous and won't cause physical harm; you won't die! Panic attacks occur most frequently in women and other people who have a larger IQ or intelligence.

A/N: HALLO! Thanks for reading y'all, I love ya and have a great rest of your day. 🥰
