What is PTSD? It's an extreme anxiety disorder that (sometimes ) occurs after a traumatic event.

Further more, this (PTSD) happens when someone is exposed to a traumatic event in which the person experienced, witnessed, or confronted with an event that involved actual or threatening death or serious injury or a threat to others. The response of the person would include intense fear/anxiety, helplessness, or horror.Signs & symptoms of PTSD:
{Key: (+ intrusive memory), (~ avoidance), (- negative change), (•changes in emotional reactions)}+ Recurrent (unwanted) distressing memories of the traumatic event
+ Upsetting dreams about the traumatic event
+ Severe emotional distress or physical reactions to something that reminds you of the event(s)~ Trying to avoid thinking or talking about the traumatic event(s)
~ Avoiding places, activities, or people that remind you of the event
~ Staying away from situations that are similar to the event- Negative feelings about yourself or other people
- Inability to express positive emotions (emotionally numb)

- Hopelessness about the future
- Memory problems (including important event moments)
- Difficulty maintaining close relationships
- Changes in emotional reactions• Irritability, angry outbursts, or aggressive behavior
• Always on-guard or on-edge
• Overwhelming guilt or shame
