In this chapter I will go over tips to help you come to terms with the fact that you have anxiety and things won't be the same.

2) If you can't say it, text it or write it down
3) Write a script to go off of

A/N: Hey! Sorry for such a short chapter. I never really experienced this very well. I know friends who have had a similar experience, but I didn't. My anxiety was so bad that I couldn't hide it; my parents knew very quickly. It only took about about a month for them to realize I may have had anxiety. I didn't know what it was really.
