2) If you can't say it, text it or write it down
3) Write a script to go off of

A/N: Hey! Sorry for such a short chapter. I never really experienced this very well. I know friends who have had a similar experience, but I didn't. My anxiety was so bad that I couldn't hide it; my parents knew very quickly. It only took about about a month for them to realize I may have had anxiety. I didn't know what it was really.
