A/N: I am aware that this is an anxiety book, but I wanted to mention a bit about suicide. The reason being, one mental disorder tends to lead to another. Everyone's experience is different and that's I linked the video above for you!

Suicide, not a word that you line to hear nor talk about. But it is a serious issue that needs to be talked about. Below are videos that talk about it!

Note: This is kinda personal FYI and I'm sure people can relate to this!

Most suicidal people don't wanna die, they want to be saved! They can't help it, they tried to fight the pain, and tell themselves it will get better. These people are so strong. They don't kill themselves because they are weak, they kill themselves because they have been strong for so long. They are tired and just want to go home! It can be so tiring; you are fighting a war all day long in your head while "living". When I was younger, I though that being suicidal meant that you were always sad and didn't have motivation. Now I realize that it's being numb, to emotions! Suicidal/ depressed people can only feel a little bit of emotion(al pain) so they sometimes resort to physical(pain) instead. Others hurt themselves to die and "be free". I think I read somewhere that suicide is the 3rd (global) leading cause to death between ages 12-21 or something like that. It's the 10th leading cause in the USA alone. Every single second a human dies. You only get one chance to live, the question is, how are you going to live it?

A/N: Sorry for being a bit emotional, this topic is just really personal to me. I know so many people on Wattpad write there depression stories and you can look some up if you wanna.  ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
Some are really sad! Some of the books the person actually committed suicide!

Edit: Many people with anxiety disorders also suffer from depression at some point (including myself). Anxiety & Depression are believed to stem from the same biological vulnerability, which may explain why they go hand-in-hand. Since depression makes anxiety worse (and vice versa), it's really important to get help!
