Dipper and Mabel raced to Northwest Manor, their hearts pounding in their ears and their chests rising up and down quickly as they tried to catch their breaths. Would their friend be okay once they got to her, or would it really be too late? Dipper couldn't think of how he would feel if Pacifica really was gone. He didn't even know what was attacking her. Was it Wendy, was she really that fast? He didn't feel like thinking anything through, he simply wanted to keep running until he could get to Pacifica.

As soon as they got there, the gates were wide open. Mabel and Dipper stopped for a moment, exchanging worried looks. If the gates were wide open, then something was definitely wrong. They could also clearly see that the door to Northwest Manor was wide open, which was another bad sign. The twins decided to not waste anymore time, they bolted in without a second thought. The place was deserted, but totally destroyed. Things had been flipped over, and there was grime everywhere. Dipper swore he saw some blood on the floor. But none of that mattered when Pacifica came thundering down the stairs.

"Dipper!" She screeched, running down the stairs and flinging herself in to his arms. He held her close, trying to let her know that she was safe with him. He was surprised to feel her body trembling as she started to sob. He had no idea why she was crying, but he didn't question it. He just rubbed her back as she hiccuped and sniffled. She seemed so much more vulnerable this way, he could feel her heart pumping against his chest. It was beating really fast. He tried to focus on relaxing her, but whatever she was running from had found them, because Mabel was staring at the staircase with wide eyes. Dipper forced Pacifica off him, and turned to look at the monster. He was slightly shocked to see that it was someone that appeared to be... Wendy? How could she have even gone that fast? She didn't look like herself. Her eyes were pupil and iris-less, and her skin was a shade of scarlet. Her once beautiful glorious red hair had become jet-black, and instead of the two rows of perfectly straight teeth she once had, were two rows of sharp teeth. The only thing this Wendy-like creature wore was a tattered black dress.

"W-Wendy?" Dipper asked, his eyes widening in fear. Was this actually the Wendy he had once had a crush on? The one who would sit and watch movies with him? Who would goof around with him at the Gravity Falls pool? The creature just laughed, and judging by the voice, it really was Wendy.

"So Dipper, how do you like my true form?" She finally asked, licking her lips as if she was anticipating taking a bite out of Dipper's flesh. He felt his heart drop in to his stomach. He grabbed Pacifica's and Mabel's hands and ran towards the door, not wanting to waste any time. Unfortunately, Wendy shut them before they could make their great escape.
"Well, well, well. You've got nowhere to run now."
"I don't understand! Why are you doing this?"
"Why am I doing this? It's only to protect my master's wishes, of course. Pacifica Northwest, Dipper Pines, and Mabel Pines must be terminated."
"T-terminated?"
"He's seen the future. He knows that you three will be the ones to stop him. I cannot allow you to take that chance, he created me to prevent the three of you from living on. I made up Wendy as a character, a disguise of some kind. I stayed undercover until tonight. As soon as you told me that you were thinking of dating Miss Northwest here, well, I couldn't let that happen. It would ruin the master's plan. So I had to run off, I had to get her before you could."
"Wendy, we were-"
"Don't call me Wendy! And if you want to get out of here, you will fight. If you lose, you'll pay with your lives. If I lose, I'll pay with mine."
"Got it?"
"Got it."
"Good. Then, let the fight begin!"
