A few weeks had passed, and everyone had settled down. Tsunade was on the verge of dying due to the amount of paperwork when all of a sudden, Jiraiya burst in.

"Tsunade," he said, panting.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Orochimaru has till tomorrow, and after that, he will have to wait full three years," said Jiraiya.

"How do you know?" asked Tsunade.

"Itachi. Orochimaru tried to take his body while he was still in Akatsuki. A few weeks ago, he met them, and he placed Kabuto under a genjutsu and learned the information," said Jiraiya.

"So the attack will happen today. BEAR!" she yelled, calling her personal Anbu guard.

"Tsunade sama," he said.

"CALL THE SHINOBI COUNCIL!" she said urgently.

A few moments later, all the clan heads were present, along with Shikamaru.

"Orochimaru will approach Sasuke today," said Tsunade.

"Today?" asked Sasuke.

"Yes," said Tsunade.

"I have played my part well. I had started acting cold and broody, and I pushed away my team," said Sasuke.

"As far as others know, you are traumatized and angry after losing to Itachi," said Tsunade.

"Yes. I don't think he will suspect anything. I will fight them, stall till the morning," said Sasuke.

"Good. Naruto, Shikamaru, what's your role?" asked Tsunade.

"I will get to know that he is missing by an Anbu you will send. I and Shikamaru will assemble a team, and we will set off after him. We will kill or capture everyone other than Sasuke," said Naruto.

"Good. Now, Sasuke, I am giving you one more chance to back out from this," said Tsunade.

"After going through all that? No," said Sasuke.

"Fine. But know that your name will be in the bingo book and you will be hunted down. For the foreseeable future until you return, you will have no allies other than the ones in this room and Itachi Uchiha," said Tsunade.

"Yes Hokage Sama, I understand," said Sasuke in a stoic tone.

"Good. I hope you know what you're doing," said Tsunade.

"I do. I have prepared against every kind of genjutsu or any jutsu which is used to extract information, including the mind transfer jutsu by having my mind sealed by Naruto," said Sasuke.

"So no one can get in your brain?" asked Tsunade.

"Yes. The only way to get information from me is by torturing me, and I am sure Orochimaru would want his vessel in tip-top shape," said Sasuke.

"Alright," said Tsunade.

"So how are we going to do this?" asked Hiashi.

"Hokage sama won't know that the snake pedophile was involved, and so, she will send only me and Naruto and one another person to get him back. However, we will have to fight Orochimaru's lackeys, and Sasuke would keep moving forward. Knowing Orochimaru, he will have some way to give Sasuke his hickey so he will be out of commission for some time, so most likely Naruto will fight his bodyguard. After he is weakened, Sasuke will fight him but will downplay his skills so he looks considerably weaker than Naruto even though he is not. Naruto will almost knock him, the fight will drag too long, and Orochimaru will be forced to switch bodies and come to his aid. Naruto will be almost at the point of collapsing but the backup will arrive causing Orochimaru to flee with Sasuke," said Shikamaru.
