koshi sugawara x female reader theatre au
i don't know too much about volleyball , but i do know about theatre, so that's what i'll write about :)

"that show was...wow! it looks so fun, i think i'll audition for the next show!"
"it does look pretty fun, but i'm not sure if i want to try just yet"
"yeah, maybe we can work backstage and get a better understanding of it first"
some of the cast members overheard some conversations in the audience from their second performance. they were excited, they were getting at least one new member.
"l/n, you were great," suga hugged her
"thanks suga, you too!" y/n replied, and more cast members pile into the hug
"alright, mcdonalds?" tashiro asks
"mcdonalds!" a few of them reply
"perfect, i'll drive!" tashiro announces
"tashiro, you can't fit nine people in your car, you can fit five," kurokawa corrects him
"i'll also drive! ooh i can take the first years! no wait there's too many of them, i'll take three of the first years and you can take everyone else!" tamia says a little too happily
"that works well, i'll take kurokawa, umeki and," he pauses to figure out which first years to take, "i'll take sawmura and sugawara,"
"great! l/n, shimizu, and azumane are coming with me!" tamia confirmed, they all got out of costumes and headed into the car.
"buckle up kids, we are going to mcdonalds!" tamia yelled once she and the handful of first years got in the car.
"let's go!" y/n yelled. as tamia was driving she started getting emotional out of the blue, but not crying
"i can't believe this is my last summer musical! then then we have the fall play and spring musical with seijoh! and then i'm gone!"
"hey, i don't want to think about that right now, we still have two more shows," asahi said
"what do we do in the winter, then?" kiyoko asked
"we hold a few workshops, that's when college auditions are so they let us third years who want to continue theatre in the future focus on that, i know that i'm sticking with theatre. the second and third years might also do a show outside of school," tamia explained, "however with the small amount of people showing up, we might not do a play, or we have to find one where we don't have to pay for rights. we tend to do shakespeare for our play, but maybe we do something different,"
"well what if the actors pitch in some money, would that help?" y/n suggested
"i don't know if that would work, but that might be possible," tamia sighed
"let's just enjoy this show while it's still going and figure out the fall play when it comes," kiyoko stated
"wow you first years are so mature," tamia quietly said, but loud enough for them to hear
