"i forgot to say, congratulations on your role! you're going to do amazing!" koshi complimented the girl he caught feelings for
"thank you so much! so are you, i'm really excited for this show," y/n smiled at the boy she caught feelings for, as they both ate their ice cream
last time they got ice cream together, they were also with daichi, and they already considered each other a close friend, but they didn't see themselves dating each other.
"if our first year went by really fast, then would our second and third go fast too?" suga asked
"probably," y/n replied sadly, though she knew what she wanted to do, she was still really nervous for the future, "i talked to daichi about this, i don't know about you, what do you plan on doing after high school?"
"i want to be a teacher, maybe elementary school?"
"really? that sounds pretty cool! i think that suits you,"
"oh, thanks y/n," he blushed, "you're going into theatre, right?"
"yep," she confirmed
"doesn't surprise me, i mean, i've said this so many times but you're incredible! you should give me free tickets when you're on broadway," he winked
"i'll try my best,"
"i was only joking,"
"too bad, the idea's in my head,"
"seriously, i was joking,"
"as previously said, too bad"

"koshi..."
"i want to be yours" he thought
"i need to get home soon, so i'll walk you home and then text you when i get home, okay?" he got up from his seat
"okay," she smiled
they walked together to y/n's house in comfortable silence, both wanting to hold each other's hand, yet their fear of rejection and losing each other stopped them.
"remember to text me when you get home," she smiled softly as she stepped on her driveway
"i will, see you monday, y/n,"
"see ya, koshi,"
