i don't know too much about volleyball , but i do know about theatre, so that's what i'll write about :)

closing night was a little heart breaking, after the curtain's close, y/n, oikawa, iwa, and ushijima quickly found each other and huddled in a group hug, since they won't be performing with this company again. a moment later, suga and tendo joined their hug
"i'm really going to miss performing with you guys," y/n said with tears pooling at the brim of her eyes
"shush, this was such an amazing experience and i'm so lucky to have done it with y'all," tendo said
"l/n, oikawa, there's a small chance we'll perform together again. and iwaizumi, i would be honored to perform under your direction," ushijima wasn't one to show his emotions much, but it did touch everyone's hearts when he spoke them
"i love you guys so fucking much," suga said, he had one more year with miyagi theatre, but their sextet will be a duo next year
"hey, it's not like we're going to forget about each other, the show's over but our chaos sure isn't," oikawa pretended that tears weren't streaming down his face
"how about we get out of costume and make up and cry more comfortably," iwa suggested
in moments of sadness, y/n can always rely on her friends to bring a smile to her face

a week passed, the six of them decided to see miyagi junior high's show, and toru had bought tickets for the next day to see waitress in tokyo due to the bet he and y/n made at the end of first year.
they spent the time waiting for the show to start reading the cast and crew bios, wondering what schools the third years would go to, ushijima claimed all of them would go to shiratorizawa, while oikawa said everyone would go to seijoh, but y/n pointed our that the junior high 3rd years already know what high school they're going to and that they put it in their bio. shortly after the "argument", the lights dimmed and the pre-show announcement began

the curtains closed after the final bow, the cast got several cheers and a standing ovation, those kids were truly incredible, y/n and koshi finally were able to put names to the boys who came to the show with hinata
tobio kageyama played bert, though they were already impressed by his acting skills, his singing impressed them as well
tadashi yamaguchi, the green haired boy, played neleus and in the ensemble, even if you didn't know him you could see his excitable personality in his character
kei tsukishima, the tall blond boy, played george banks, either he's an incredible actor or he's just and asshole in real life, potentially both
the four of them probably bonded over going to karasuno high school, maybe that's why the four of them went to the high school show together
"damn we got some promising first years for next year," oikawa nodded reading the program and seeing the names that claimed they would be going to aoba johsai
