koshi sugawara x female reader theatre au
i don't know too much about volleyball , but i do know about theatre, so that's what i'll write about :)

"hello sugawara, how are you? come in," mika l/n opened their front door.
"i'm good, how about you?" he replies, suga and y/n decided that they would take a bus to her former school to see hinata's show.
"i'm doing just fine, y/n should be coming downstairs soon. you're seeing shoyo's show, correct?"
"yes, we are,"
"he's such a sweet boy, also quite talented. now don't tell y/n, but her shows in junior high weren't very good,"
"i know that very well, shoyo and i were half of the people who actually put a good amount of effort in our performances," y/n said as she came downstairs
"hey l/n! you ready to go?" suga asked.
"give me a second, and then we can go," she replies, putting her shoes on.
"have fun you two, goodbye" mika teased
"we'll try," y/n giggled, "bye mom," they leave and close the door behind them.

"the only thing that really matters to me is that sho has fun," y/n says while waiting for the bus
"i hope he does too, he seems to really love theatre," suga replies.
"have you chosen your monologue yet?"
"yeah, have you?"
"mhm, i have about a quarter of it memorized already,"
"wow, i just chose mine last night,"
their bus arrives, they get on the bus and it's already crowded. luckily, they don't have too many stops. the bus ride was silent for the most part. the number of strangers kind of made both teens slightly uncomfortable, so they clung to each other for comfort.
they finally got to their stop and walked to the junior high, with the show starting in twenty minutes. suga payed for both of their tickets and found a place in the audience to sit.
