"alright, we did great at auditions, now lets do great at callbacks! see you there," daichi said to the other first years
"later guys!" asahi walked to class
"hey, michimiya," y/n called out, noticing she was nervous
"yeah?"
"callbacks aren't as nerve wracking as auditions. you know you're in and what role you might get, so don't worry too much, we know you'll do great. see you there!"
"thank you, bye l/n!"

"you ready?" daichi asked
"yep, are you?" y/n responded
"yeah. what about you, suga?" suga nodded vigorously, "alright then, let's go," the three walked out of the classroom together and headed towards the auditorium.
their callbacks consisted of reading scenes from the show as the roles they were called back for. callbacks were noticeably longer than auditions.
"cast list will be posted at lunch tomorrow!"
"i seriously can't tell who's going to get what role, you all were so good," umeki said
"yeah, we have a really good group of first years. we definitely should be getting some more next year," kurokawa agreed
"hey everyone! the miyagi high school theatre company just announced their winter musical!" tashiro announced
"ooh what are they doing?" tamia asked excitedly
"you can't do it, you have college auditions. but they're doing matilda. however auditions are right after the show, so we won't have much time to prepare," tashiro explained
