"Mono! Hey! Psst! Mono, for the love of god, would you wake up-"
Mono flinched, and blinked open his eyes. He sat there for a moment, a bit dumbfounded.
When did I fall asleep? How much time has passed? When- He began wondering, but Six snapped him out of his thoughts.
"C'mon Mono! We gotta go. We've been in here for wayyy too long," Six tugged on Monos arm as she spoke.
Mono sighed. "I'm coming, I'm coming! How long was I asleep?"
"I dunno, I just woke up," Six replied nonchalantly as she climbed out of the vent. Mono climbed out right after her, before stretching his arms out, and glancing towards the window at the end of the room.
"Alright, let's go." Mono reached forward, and grabbed Sixs hand, intertwining his fingers with hers. He then lead her up to the box sitting just in front of the window. Mono climbed up first, before turning and pulling Six up.
Mono then turned towards the window. He grabbed onto the edge of it, and began pushing it upwards. Six stepped forward, and began pushing up as well, and together, they finally opened the window.
"Try not to fall," Mono mumbled not only to Six, but to himself. He carefully stepped outside onto the board he knew would lead them into the next room. Holding out his arms for balance, he began walking across carefully.
"Hurry up, you're taking too long." He heard Six complain behind him. Mono rolled his eyes, and didnt reply until he made it across to the next window.
"Y'know, I wouldnt rush you if you were in front of me," He said as he turned back to face Six, who hopped through the window and onto the ground just in front of Mono.
"That's cause you wouldnt have to rush me! I'm the master of balance, so I'm not a slow-poke like you."
Mono snickered, and turned away quickly as he tried to hold back his laughter. "Master of balance?" He managed to ask, his tone revealing just how amused he was.
"Yep!" Six replied. Mono glanced back at Six to see the grin on her face. He turned back away with a smile of his own lingering on his face, before approaching a crank that was positioned in the corner of the room. He began turning it, and heard Six speak behind him.
"What're you doing? The pianos-"
Mono interrupted her. "I'm gonna use the piano to break through the floor, unless you see another way out of here, oh incredible Master of balance."
Mono heard Six laugh softly, and he grinned as he continued to turn the crank. As soon as he was sure he pulled the piano up all the way, he released the crank. With a loud crash, the piano plummeted back down to the ground. As expected, it hadn't gone through entirely.
"Alright, help me get this to fall down all the way." Mono ran over to the piano, and climbed up on top of it. He saw Six hesitate.
"Theres no other way to get it to go through. If it makes you feel better, I can hold your hand~" He finished the sentence in a teasing tone.
Six crossed her arms, "I dont need you to hold my hand! And I'm not worried, or anything. I was just... think..ing?"
Mono grinned, "Sure you were. Now get up here!"
Six sighed, and climbed up on top of the piano beside him.
"Alright, so on the count of two, we jump." Mono reached forward and grabbed Sixs hand, despite what she had said before.
"Why only two?" Six raised a brow as she looked at him.
Mono chuckled, "Well, you're impatient and wouldnt wait for me to count to three last time."
