This Chapter doesnt relate to the story at all! It's just a fun bonus for you guys because its Easter. Just a small little one-shot I thought you guys would enjoy!
_________________________________________Mono stared out from underneath the table he and Six sat under, feeling bored out of his mind. He just examined their surroundings, looking for something that could possibly serve as entertainment.
Then something caught his eye.
"Oh! Hold on!" Mono exclaimed. He grinned, and turned to face Six, who was staring at him as if he was insane.
"Oh god, what is it...? I feel like you're about to say something stupid." She sighed. Mono shook his head.
"Its not stupid! Its just- look over there. At the calendar hanging on the wall." Mono pointed towards the calendar.
Six raised a brow, before turning and looking at it for a moment. The days were freshly crossed off, presumably by the doctor, who Mono could only assume kept track of the days. The freshest mark was on the first Sunday of April.
"Oh, wow. April 4th. How amazing." Six finally said sarcastically.
"Its not just April 4th! Its Easter!" Mono smiled again.
"Oh. Well, cool, I guess." Six replied, before leaning back against the wall. Mono crossed his arms and stood.
"We should do something fun! On the TVs, theres always people like- decorating eggs! Maybe we should do that. That'd be cool." Mono exclaimed. Normally he wouldnt be in such a good mood, but this excited him. The idea of actually celebrating something for once now that he had someone to celebrate it with was extremely exciting.
"I dont see any eggs or anything to decorate those eggs with anywhere, bag-head." Six responded in an amused tone.
"I'm sure we could find something! I bet if we looked hard enough, we could find some paint, and maybe instead of eggs, we could paint some rocks or something." Mono reached down, and grabbed Sixs hand, before pulling her up to her feet. "C'mon!"
He started pulling her along despite her complaints.
"Y'know what, if we do find paint, I'm gonna paint your paper bag instead of some lame rock." Six commented.
Mono grinned, before chuckling."You'll have to catch me before you do anything to my bag, raincoat."
Six swatted him with her free hand, before responding. "That's the stupidest nickname I've ever heard!"
Mono glanced back towards her, and caught a glimpse of the smile on her face.
Adorable. He thought, before chuckling quietly.
"What're you laughing about now?" Six asked.
Mono held back a full laugh as he started to speak again. "You totally love that nickname!"
"Do not!" Six countered, before she stopped in her tracks and let go of Monos hand.
"...Well. I found some paint. Huh."
Mono perked up, and followed her gaze. Surely enough, there were buckets of paint laying in the corner of the room.
"Sweet!" He ran over to them, his excitement growing again.
"Why're you happy we found the paint when I'm about to ruin your dumb paper bag?" Six asked from behind him as she followed with her hands in the pockets of her yellow raincoat.
Mono paused, and glanced back towards Six for a moment. His gaze then trailed back to the paint.
"...You're totally planning something, arent you-" Six started to ask, but Mono dipped one of his hands into the paint and ran over to her. He booped her on the nose with his paint-covered hand, before turning and running as fast as he could while laughing his ass off.
"Damnit Mono! You're dead meat!" Six yelled from behind him. Mono turned his head to look behind him. Of course, Six was running after him at a concerning speed. Monos laughing paused, and as soon as he turned back to look in front of himself, he slammed into a wall.
"NOOOO!" Mono yelled, before sitting up and rubbing the top of his head, despite the bag being in the way.
"Ha! Loser!" Six laughed, before skidding to a stop in front of him. She had covered both her hands in paint, and just as promised, she began smearing the paint all over his paper bag.
"nOOOO, EVIL!" Mono screeched in fake agony, before dramatically falling back down onto his back and draping an arm over his face. He peeked out from underneath his arm as he heard Six's laughter die down, and he watched her slump down onto the ground next to him.
"You're such a dork," Six grinned. Mono felt his heart skip a beat, and he smiled sheepishly despite his smile being hidden from sight underneath his paper bag. He sat up, and shifted so that he was facing Six completely.
"...And you're super adorable," He finally managed to reply. Six froze for a moment, before she began to blush madly. Mono let out a short laugh at her reaction, before wrapping his arms around her and hugging her.
"Happy Easter, Sixxxx~" He hummed. Six let out a sigh, before replying.
"Happy Easter, bag-head."
