(A/N: She doesn't have a nose ring.)

I sat up instantly realizing that I was alone, without Devon. After one night of cuddling I rely on him? God I am pathetic. Yet I wanted him here, and wanted to ask him to come over, but I didn't want him to drop everything he was doing just for my selfish wants. It's been nearly a month since I discovered I was a wolf, and Devon still hasn't asked me out, or kissed me. But everyday I wake up and wish he was in my bed. I flopped back into my pillows.

I could sense him opening our mind links and I got tuned in. He sighed.

Are you okay? I asked him, sitting up in bed.

I am perfect, I just miss my beautiful mate.

Awe. I miss you too.

Can I come over and pick you up? I want to take you on a date, a walk of sorts.

If course! I'll be ready in five, unless it's formal.

No dress how you want baby girl.

Okay. Thank you.

No problem doll face.

I stood up and quickly curled my white locks, and slipped on a pair of skinny jeans and a tee shirt, and an old sweatshirt over that. Then some flat shoes, I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I then proceeded to put on some eyeliner and brushed some mascara on my eyelashes. As soon as I did, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I turned in Devon's arms and got butterflies in my stomach. I buried my face in his shirt inhaling his sweet scent of trees and home. His hands trailed down my back leaving little lines of fire. It is the most beautiful feeling a boy can give a girl. Imagine kissing him. Sara echoed in my head.

"Hey baby girl." His voice just made me sink into him farther. I got shivers when he picked me up and set me onto the counter. Devon's fingers traced my forearm and he moved in.

My breathing got rugged and after he got about three inches away, hitched. His thumb moved over my lips, focusing and caressing my lower lip. Unhesitatingly, I laced my fingers through the back of his hair. His smooth reddish pink lips moved towards me. The closer they got the more sparks flew, and I just longed for him to just kiss me. We were so close at that point I'm pretty sure my heart was beating at a hundred times it's normal pace.

"Good morning...oh." My mother was in my room then and didn't see us in the bathroom. I gently pushed myself off the counter out of shock and accidentally ground on Devon on my way down. His jaw clenched and he let out a seething pained moan and I felt a sexual urge roll through me, thank goodness my mom snapped her head over just to see us both standing a few feet away from each other both our faces lit up. I don't know how I just survived that experience.

"Okay, I don't even want to know. Anyways darling I was going to wake you, but I see you got a new alarm. Don't do the dirty on these sheets, they're silk," she stated, rubbing my mattress sheets making my face light up even more.

"Mom!" I yelped, walking out the door with Devon in tow. I quickly made my way down the stairs and into his car no problem, and he pulled out of my driveway driving towards a wooded part of town. After a light car ride Devon stopped his car and helped me out. I suddenly found myself following this boy into the woods. After running a bit, which was so much faster now that the trees around us blurred, we made it to a cute little meadow. A pond was to the side but it was swamp like. It wasn't special or anything, just enough big enough and perfect to be alone. I fell back on the cold leafs, watching Devon follow suite.

"It's so beautiful isn't it?" I whispered taking in the falling leaves swirling around us. I could feel the Earth pulsing beneath our bodies. Birds were chirping, squirrels and mice scurrying, and the trees were shaking as their leaves rained down.
