Context: Human AU. Let's try a meet-ugly, which is the opposite of a meet-cute. (And then do more than initially planned because that's my formatting at this point)
If there was one thing Aziraphale hadn't expected for his day, it was going to the hospital for an emergency. Especially since he wasn't the one who was hurt. And Lord knows he hadn't expected everything that happened afterwards.

Aziraphale's POV:
Dear Lord, I hope I haven't forgotten anything...
Aziraphale Zachary Fell had always been a bit of a worrywart. He made lists, checked them several times, and always wondered if he made a mistake, or forgot something. Like today, for example. He was internally freaking out about moving all his things from his old work location, to this new one. Thankfully, he wasn't doing this alone. He had Anathema Device with him, his right-hand woman.
"Wipe that doubtful look off your face, we have everything!" She said as she walked out of the building.
The chubby man rolled his eyes. "Easy for you to say. Right now, I can't recall if I left my journal in the old office."
Ugh, I truly do not want to go back to my old place just to retrieve it!
"What kind of assistant would I be if I let you do that?" She asked with a cocky smile as she dug out the journal from one of the boxes in the van.
Aziraphale breathed a little sigh of relief and smiled at her. "Have I said 'I love you' today?"
"Yes, when I knew you'd forget to eat breakfast and I bought you something from your favorite café." She said as she picked up yet another box.
Oh, that's right.
The chubby blond followed suit. "Ah, yes. Thank you again, that was scrumptious. What would I do without you?"
"Be stuck in your head more often than not." She said, knowingly.
The banter and mindless chatter continued for a bit as they went back and forth. Right about now, Aziraphale was regretting not hiring any movers to help them. Though, his wallet didn't mind, since he knew changing locale could effect their income. Fell & Co. specialized in book restorations and custom hardcovers, which paid well, but he could only do so many at the same time. And that was with Anathema's help!
After a while, they had just about managed to empty out the moving van. Only two more boxes left and they'd be done. Unfortunately, it couldn't be that simple. Something had to make this day longer than necessary. Enter: a tall, black-clad, distracted redhead, who wasn't looking where he was going. He also wore sunglasses and had a very peculiar snake tattoo exactly where his right sideburn would be.
Just as Aziraphale turned away from the back of the van, he hit the poor bloke and he tumbled back, onto the steps of the building with a thud. Aziraphale let out a yelp, threw the box back into the van and dropped to the man's side.
Oh, nononono!
"Sir! Sir! Can you hear me? Are you alright?" Compared to this one, all his previous freak-outs had been minor. The man hadn't responded, he was still groaning and rubbing the back of his head.
Anathema came back out and saw the scene. "What happened?!"
"I didn't see him! I hit him! I'm sure he's hurt, my dear, I need you to call an ambulance-"
