Matthew is my crush since the first day in school. He's my classmate yet actually- so called crushmate. I don't know why I like him seeing those hated things he contained. Having a cold voice, ash eyes and cold stares and approximately-not my type as in never. But argh, this unexpected feeling got started when I saw how he cared for his sister and mother that much.

"Math as in Matthew not mathematics, bakit ba ayaw mong magreply? May nagawa ba akong mali?" I once chatted him but I received a seen. Ouch, my heart went opss!

"Math!" I used to called him like that even I know that he hates it so much. I never stop sending messages until I received a reply from him after 18 hours. See? Online naman siya buong araw pero seen niya ang lagi kong bungad.

"Sorry, I'm just busy." He replied. Krukrukru.

"Leslie, stop calling me Math!" I rolled my eyes and laughed alone. Pikon agad?

"Math!"

"I warned you lady!"

"Whatever!"

That was our first chat but after twenty minutes ko iyon natanggap. Such a hard-to-get guy over those guys I hate pero gusto ako. But I'm sorry, none of them is my type. Only Mathematics, I mean Matthew.

"Tsk, it's already ten so sleep tightly and stop teasing me." Even I always receives late replies, I treasured it all and appreciated. Gusto ko ang lahat ng iyon lalo na ang pagsabi sa akin na kailangan ko ng matulog. I swear, it makes me blush.

It's happened repeatedly pero asa siyang mapagod ako. Hindi sa naghahabol ako kundi gusto ko lang iparamdam sa kaniya na gusto ko siya at batid kong alam niya iyon. At noong nalaman niya iyon ay nadagdagan pa nga ang pagkagusto ko sa kaniya at hihintayin ko yung pagkakataon na masusuklian niya ito.

"Do you like me right? I didn't replied instantly and it can lessen your interest to me. You aren't tired? What if I'll push you away just to make that feelings disappear?" He said face-to-face and my tears began to flow. I wiped it and smile genuinely. Deserve ko naman ito e.

"It means, you can't like me back? It's okay." I uttered.

It's okay. Yun naman ang palagi nating sasabihin kahit alam nating hindi talaga okay.

Feeling ko ay hahagulgol na ako ng iyak kaya agad akong tumalikod. Pero isang malaking tarpaulin ang bumungad sa akin.

"Will you be mine Leslie Ramirez? -Matthew Hans" I read it carefully at kinurit ko pa ang sarili ko. I was about to turned my head back when he suddenly hugged me from behind.

"Thank you for not giving up. Thank you dahil ipanaramdam mo sa akin na gusto mo talaga ako. You've done in your part so I'll start mine." Medyo cool siya sa parte ng tagalog kasi slang hshsh. I smiled as I felt the fast beating of my heart. He likes me. He likes me too. He really likes me.

"Tables are quickly turned for some girls and I'm aware of that yet you don't need to worry because my loyalty is only for Leslie." He whispered and I remained such a statue as if I can't move.

Bear this in your mind-some guys are like to take a dip in the water first before diving in!
