Just a dysfunctional Family

Toga's POV

I open my eyes to see the pale white ceiling of my bedroom at the base. I closed my eyes trying to go back to sleep when I remembered that Shigaraki and Izuku were still missing.

I opened my eyes and jumped out of bed still in my clothes from yesterday. As I ran threw the base and to the door, Dabi was yelling at me to stay but right now I didn't really care.

I ran through the forest a little while away from the base determined to find Shigaraki and Izuku. I had been running through the forest for what felt like hours when I saw it.

Shigaraki was surrounded by pro heroes and Erasure Head was holding Izuku who looked terrified. Right behind Shigaraki was Snipe and he was holding up his gun right to Shiggy's head.

I saw the gun and began to run and scream trying to tell Shiggy what was happening but I couldn't move and I couldn't speak. 

As I continued to try and get Shigaraki's attention Snipe pulled the trigger on the gun and Shigaraki dropped to the ground, dead.

Izuku was now screaming and crying as the pros took Izuku away with them and I myself was fighting back tears but I was failing. I knelt to the ground in tears with my hands to my head. I continued to cry and cry until I heard a familiar voice. Dabi's voice.

Dabi's POV

I had woken up to Toga's whimpers. I opened my eyes and looked down at her to see tears streaming down her face. I began to shake Toga trying to get her attention.

"Toga? Toga? Toga!"

Toga's eyes slowly fluttered open as she woke up. When she saw me she immediately clung to me by the neck and began to cry even more. 

"What's wrong Toga?" 

"Sh...Sh...Shiggy!" Toga yelled out as she continued to cry. I lifted her head off my chest and made it so she was at eye level with me.

"Breath Toga," I said as I pushed a few strands of Toga's hair out of her eyes, which were swollen from crying.

 "What happened? Did you have a nightmare?"

" Y...yeah" Toga muttered quietly.

Toga's POV

I told Dabi about the dream. When I finished telling him the story I laid my head on his lap and he played with my hair.

"Don't worry Toga. They got back last night. There fine." 

After hearing that I curled up onto Dabi's lap and closed my eyes hoping to go back to sleep. Dabi tried to sleep too. And we both went to sleep preparing for the next day.
