Toga's POV

I was woken up by someone shaking and speaking to me.

"Hey, kid. You there?"

I lifted my head to see a brown-haired man wearing a black mask.

"Oh good, you're alive." The man said, extending a hand to me. "Why are you out here all alone, and why are you wearing a hospital gown?" I looked down to see that I was indeed wearing a hospital gown. I don't know how I didn't notice that.

I took the man's hand, and he helped me up. "Well, I came from the hospital," I muttered.

"We're you discharged?" The man asked with a slight tilt of his head.

"No, and before you ask, I'm not going back," I said.

"Do you have anywhere to go?" He asked.  I was a wanted criminal so I couldn't get the help of a civilian or a hero. I'm lucky this man doesn't know who I am. I also can't go back to the league because they think I'm dead and I don't know how to get back to the warehouse. I don't have anywhere to go.

"No" I muttered quietly.

"Then you're coming with me." The man said while dragging me away.

"Why!" I yelled out while trying to break free of his grasp. Even though I was helpless right now, I wasn't going to go with a complete stranger.

"You're a child. I'm not letting you stay out here alone." He said, tightening his grip.

"I'm not a child. I'm seventeen." I grumbled.

"Well, technically you're still a child." He said.

"Well, if I'm forced to come with you, can I at least know your name?" I asked, glaring up at him.

"The names Overhaul, but you can call me Kai." He said.

"Aren't you that villain from the Shie Hassakai?" I asked, still glaring at him.

"Yes. Now, what's your name?"  He asked.

"Toga" I muttered.

"Aren't you the villain that was pronounced dead?" He asked.

"Do I look dead?" He just ignored me and kept on walking.

We walked into a shining white room with two couches and a table between them. There was one other person in the room besides Kai and me. They had pale shoulder-length hair and dark eyes.

"Take Toga to her room," Kai said. He let go of my arm and walked off.

Once Kai had left, the other person in the room spoke up. "Hello, Toga. My Name is Kurono. I am one of the members of the Shei Hassakai." Kurono gestured for me to follow them. "Let me show you to your room."

We walked for about three minutes before coming to my room. It had grey walls and a soft black carpet. The bed had blue sheets and blankets with a black backboard. There were two doors, which I assumed were a bathroom and closet.

"Someone will come and get you for dinner in about half an hour." Kurono said. They walked out of the room and closed the door behind them.

I stood there for a second before opening the first door. It was a bathroom. Nothing special. It just had a bath, a shower, a toilet, a set of drawers, and a sink.

I exited the room and opened the other door. It was a closet. It had every choice of clothing you could imagine. It even had accessories.

Considering the fact that I was wearing a hospital gown and spent half the day outside, I decided to take a shower and get a new outfit.

I took a shower and left the bathroom about twenty minutes after I went in there. I went into the closet and chose black ripped jeans, a red t-shirt, and black boots.

I left the closet and sat down on the bed. It seemed too quiet in my room. Usually, I'd be hearing a screaming burnt chicken nugget, or maybe even a little green bean giggling.

I heard a knock on my door and went to answer it. "Overhaul told me to come get you."

I followed the person who knocked on my door to a beautiful dining room. There were golden chandeliers on the ceiling and beautiful blue and white trimming. There was a long black table in the middle of the room with matching chairs. The room had hardwood flooring and grey walls. There were purple, white, and blue flowers everywhere you looked.

I was taken to a seat between Kurono and Kai. Once I was sat down, dinner began. Out of what felt like millions of dishes, I chose the ramen. When the desserts were set out, I chose the Manjū.

There was much conversation around the dining room. From listening to bits of most of the conversations I noticed one similarity between all of them. They all mentioned me. I get that I was sort of a stranger but it still felt weird.

After dinner, I was escorted back to my room. Once I got there, I got into a pair of red pajamas and tried to go to bed, but I couldn't. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was weird here; despite the fact that everyone here was villains, but I don't really mind that. I only got this from a few small conversations, but it was still enough to weird me out.

I sighed and closed my eyes. I hoped that things wouldn't be as weird tomorrow, but knowing my luck, it was just going to get weirder and weirder.
