No One's POV

Dabi tried to help Todoroki, but the ice kept pushing him back. Eventually, the ice pinned Dabi to the ceiling. Dabi tried to get down, but whenever he could melt through the ice, he would fall only a few feet before being pinned back to the ceiling. 

Toga noticed Dabi pinned to the ceiling, and she tried to find some way to help. She was scanning the room to find something to help her when she noticed a bleeding Uravity. Toga ran across the cafeteria to Uravity and began to drink her blood. Toga slowly began to transform into Uravity.

 Once she was fully transformed, she ran towards Kirogiri. She decided she would kill two birds with one stone, and use Uravity's quirk to remove the rubble from on top of Kirogiri and use it to shield Dabi from the ice. 

Toga tapped the rubble and threw it under Dabi. Dabi melted the ice and fell onto the rubble. Toga carefully lowered Dabi to the ground.

While Dabi continued to try and help Todoroki, Toga ran over to check on Kirogiri.

When she arrived, Spinner was pulling an unconscious Kirogiri off the ground. The rubble had caused the ice to shatter. Bloody shards of ice were sticking out of Kirogiri's stomach and chest. Toga helped Spinner pull Kirogiri up and carry him to a safer part of the cafeteria. 

"Oh, come on!" Dabi groaned in frustration. Toga turned around to see what he was groaning about. Dabi had been pushed back up by the ice. He hadn't been pinned to the ceiling this time, but the ice had gone through the ceiling and had taken him with it. Dabi was now clinging to the ice for dear life.

The ice keeping Dabi in the air caused the ceiling to collapse. Everyone in the room ran for any cover they could find. 

The rubble caused quite a bit of damage. A lot of people had been berried underneath it. Spinner and Iida ran around the cafeteria, trying to pull out as many people as they could. They pulled out about twenty people in total, both villains and heroes, but many people were still missing. Twice, Magne and Mr. Compress were nowhere to be found, and over half of the hero course students were missing. The students above the rubble were yelling out the names of their missing classmates; some were even digging through the wreckage to find their friends.

Todoroki was berried by the rubble, but that didn't stop his quirk. Fire now engulfed the room and ice shot out every which way. 

Dabi was still stuck above the cafeteria, but now the ice keeping him from falling to his death was melting. 

Toga was injured. She had ice shards sticking out of her arms, burns all over her body, and blood oozing from the back of her head. She tried to help Dabi, but she really couldn't do much. Uravity's quirk was making her terribly nauseous at this point, and her own quirk was wearing off. 

Mastermind looked around the room. He knew he had to do something, but he didn't know what. There wasn't much he could do, or rather there wasn't much he would do.

Mastermind looked around a noticed all of his friends and alleys had injuries of some sort. Whether it was Spinner's gushing arm, or it was Dabi's frostbite. 

Mastermind absolutely knew he had to do something now. He really didn't want to do this. He knew what it was going to do to him, but with the state everybody was in, it didn't seem like he had a choice. He didn't even know if it would work, but It seemed like this was the only way anyone would even have a chance of getting out alive.

Mastermind took a deep breath and held out his hands.

Electricity engulfed the entire room.
