Mastermind's POV
I was sitting at the top of the UA barrier taking notes on the kids' and teachers' quirks. I didn't have much down, though. I was having trouble paying attention. I always have trouble paying attention.
"I have come to save the day!" My friend yelled cheerfully, pulling off my mask. I smiled widely.
"Hi, Kiri!" I yelled back. He giggled and put my mask in his back pocket. He took a notebook and pen from me and sat down next to me. He opened the notebook and wrote something down.
"Y'know, since you keep tabs on this place regularly, you'd think that you'd know a lot about these peoples' quirks." He chuckled. I glared at him.
"You'd think you you would, too. Since the only things you do are beat up my other friends and chill here." I said. He laughed.
"I'm a vigilante. Part of my thing is I beat up villains," He threw the notebook he had into my lap. "And I do know about these peoples' quirks."
I opened the notebook to see it filled with descriptions of people, their quirks, and notes on their quirks.
"How?!" I yelled in disbelief. "You've been here for less than a minute! I won't lie, it's cool, but how?" Kirishima shrugged. He picked up another notebook and began to write again.
I sighed. "Sometimes I think we should switch names."
Kirishima looked up from the notebook. "Why? Are you planning on dyeing your hair? 'Cause, that would be pretty manly."
"No! Because you're the one that knows everything about everyone and I'm the one who after an hour had pretty much nothing done! All I've got is this!" I puffed frustratingly. Kirishima looked over to my notebook. It had Present Mic written across the top of the page and a detailed drawing of Present Mic. I might not be able to pay attention that much, but drawing is fun, so I can be a really good artist when I want to.
"That's so manly!" Kirishima yelled again. I grumbled and set my notebook down next to me. Kirishima picked up my notebook and held it out to me. "Think you can do it a few more times?"
I paused for a moment before muttering "Fine." I opened the notebook and Kirishima showed me which people I needed to draw. He just pointed to some people on the campus, and he looked up pictures online for other people.
After about two hours, I had a notebook filled with drawings of the teachers and students at UA.
Kirishima and I were sitting and talking when one of Kirogiri's portals appeared beneath me. I fell into the portal. Kirishima quickly gathered the notebooks and pens and jumped into the portal, just barely making it in.
We both landed on the soft couch in the apartment lobby with Mr. Compress, Dabi, Twice, Spinner, and Shigaraki, who was already in the apartment building, around us. Everything was normal, but someone was missing.
"Hey guys," I said. "Where's Kirogiri?"
