Kirogiri's POV

I woke up in a hospital bed. I had an IV in my arm and felt some sort of wrapping on my head. I sat up trying to figure out why I'd be here when I remembered what happened at UA. I groaned and laid back down, having gotten a headache from the lights.

I lay down for about ten minutes before hearing the door open. I looked over to see a nurse with a cart that looked to have pouches for the IV.

The nurse smiled at me. "Good to see your awake."

She walked to the IV and began to change the pouch. "You gotta bunch of people waiting to see you."

"Really, who?" I asked the nurse. I knew who would be here. Probably the league. I just wanted to make some conversation.

"Well, there's the League of Villians people, and then there's this pro hero who wants to see you." The woman answered, a cheerful smile on her face.

"What pro?" I asked. I didn't think too much about why a pro would be here. They are probably just here because they want to question me about what happened at UA, or just anything. I am a villain after all.

"It's Eraserhead I think." The woman told me. This made me think a bit more. Eraserhead. Well, I guess Shota now. He's in the memories that I regained at UA. Is he here about that? He seemed persistent about getting through to me when I was in Tartarus, but he might've just seemed like that since I was getting impatient. He might just be here to question me, though. Or take me back to Tartarus. Oh no. I really don't want to go back there. I wasn't even there for two days and I already hate it with every fiber of my being.

I snapped out of my trance when I heard the door open and close. I looked around and noticed the nurse had left. That probably means they'll probably start sending people in, and Shota is probably first.

The door opened and Shota walked into the room. He stood awkwardly by the door as if thinking of something to say before walking over to the bed.

"Hey," Shota looked away towards the window in the room. "I know it's unlikely but I still think I can get through to you."

"There's no need." I sighed. Shota looked away from the window and toward me, waiting for an explanation. "I remember."

"Really, how?" Shota asked, a rare hint of excitement in his voice.

"I don't know," I shrugged. "It was right before I got injured at UA. It was like everything just came rushing back into my head, and then I blacked out."

"So you remember everything?" Shota sat down on the edge.

"Yes Shota," I responded. "I remember everything about you, Hizashi, Nemuri, I remember everything about UA; I remember everything about everything."

"That's great!" Shota said, showing a rare smile. I smiled too.

We stayed silent for a moment. Then after a while, I spoke up again.

"So, where are Hizashi and Nemuri?"

"Oh, they're on their way," Shota answered moving some of his hair that was on his shoulder to behind his back.

Almost as if on cue, the door was thrown open, and in came Nemuri and Hizashi.

"Nice to see ya," I smiled at the two. At first, they were confused, but after Shota explained the situation, they couldn't have been more excited.

Nemuri practically sprinted to the bed to give me a hug. "So glad to see you back to normal!"

Hizashi stood behind her. "How've you been, buddy?"

"You mean apart from the hospital trip?" I was grinning ear to ear when I heard him chuckle.

"Yeah apart from that."

"I'd say pretty good."

Nemuri sat down on the bed. "So a villain huh? What's that like?"

"Not as bad as you'd think it'd be." I said, "Well except for the heroes."

Nemuri smiled and giggled.

Hizashi leaned on the table by my bed. "So, what would you think about joining the heroes again?"

I laughed at Hizashi. "Damn, Hizashi, you haven't even been here for a minute and you're already trying to recruit me!"

Hizashi let out an awkward laugh. "Sorry about that." He was silent for a moment before adding, "The questions already out there, though, might as well answer it."

"No I'm good," I said "I have everything I need with the league. I got a family, a place to live, and food on the table. Why would I change that?"

"You got a point." Midnight sighed. "There isn't that much work to it either. Just gotta beat some heroes up once in a while."

The three of us just continued talking and laughing till the nurse came into the room.

"I don't mean to be rude to your current visitors, but the other visitors are getting awfully impatient."

Hizashi sighed. "We can let the other come in. Besides, we were put in charge of watching you guys, so we have to stay. We can just talk later."

I smiled. "That sounds good."

I waved to the three of them as they walked out of the room.
