Just a dysfunctional Family

Shigaraki's POV

I grabbed Izuku and Eri and ran when I saw the electricity. I quickly put the kids in the kitchen through the pass-through. I looked around the room, panicked, trying to find each one of the league members. 

 "Shiagarki!" Dabi screamed. Dabi was now hanging from the ice. "Do something!"

"About what? There's probably at least 30 problems that need to be solved right now!" I yelled back, dodging ice, electricity, and fire.

Dabi glared at me. "Fix the main one!" Dabi motioned to Todoroki. Mastermind was trying to aim the electricity at Todoroki. The electricity was more controlled now. The electricity made the quirk stop for about a second before starting up again. This happened about every five seconds. "If you're quick you can get through and do something about the malfunction!"

"Do what?!" I asked.

Dabi groaned.  "I don't know! You figure it out!"

I sat there thinking for a moment before coming up with something. I motioned for Twice.

Once Twice had gotten to me, I had him create a copy of himself. Once the copy was made, I had it go in the kitchen with the kids. Once he was in, I closed the window.

"Twice, create as many copies as you can and send them towards Todoroki." Twice nodded and began to create thousands of copies, all of them charging toward Todoroki. All the copies slowed the quirk but didn't do anything to stop it. Most of the copies were gone after only a minute. 

I backed up, trying to think of something that could stop the quirk as Twice continued to make copies. I thought back to a few days ago when I had a quirk malfunction, and tried to think of what Kirogiri used to stop it. That's when I remembered the handcuffs. 

Kirogiri should still have the handcuffs!

I ran through the room to the corner Kirogiri was in. I grabbed the handcuffs from Kirogiri's pockets and ran back toward Todoroki.

"Mastermind as much electricity as you can!" Mastermind nodded. The electricity became strong enough to stun Todoroki and his quirk momentarily. Every few seconds, a huge wave of ice or fire would shoot out and immediately retreat back, leaving no trace behind.

I stopped for a moment and waited for the quirk to shoot out again. Once it did, I ran to Todoroki and grabbed onto his arm. I cuffed it and stopped the next outburst of the quirk.  

The electricity had stopped. Mastermind must of overused this new quirk because when I looked up he was passed out on the ground.

I looked around to survey the damage. Spinner was trying to help Dabi off the icicle but was having no luck. People were being pulled out of the rubble, but none of them looked so good. I saw Mr. Compress being pulled out. His mask was destroyed and his face and clothes were covered in blood. You could hear sirens coming closer and closer to the school. 

Well, this could've gone better.
