Chapter 2

Present

Two months have passed since you started living in your best friend's body. In order to keep her memory you decided to steal her indetity. You started liking and disliking whatever she would. Same with her personality. You also figured out that she didnt have a job so basically she was lieing to you about 'job'. But you couldnt be mad of her now that she died and you still dont know how this happened. In order to bring money you do continued working as a doctor.

Finishing your shift, you leave the building and look up at the sky completely lost at the light the stars and the moon provide.You decide to take the long way back home do you could get your mind off of how miserable your life is.

While walking home you felt someone following you. You turned around but saw nothing. You decide to ingore it and continue your way back.

You kept walking until you reached in an alley.This time you felt two eyes looking at you. This time you start worrying as you are sure someone is following you.

I must loose him but how?

Run?

Hide?

Ingore it?

What should i do? Come on Y/N think of something or else you will die like a bug here.

Lost in your thoughts you feel an arm touching your shoulder and making an ejection. You start feeling dizzy unable to turn to see who did this to you. You fall down to your knees and tears start going down to cheeks.

I cant die now. Not this way.

You try to get up but you end up laying on the streets. Before you loose your consciousness you look up and see two blue eyes looking through your soul.

"Shh don't worry Y/N" id the last thing you hear from the mysterious eyes.

Some hours later you start waking up. You don't know what happened and your ready to open your eyes but you heard people arguing inside your room. You decide not to move but continue playing the unconscious girl do you could figure out what was happening.

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU GIVE HER CHŪYA?!WE SAID WE WANTED HER ALIVE BUT SHE IS SLEEPING FOR 1 WEEK NOW AND NOTHING WE DO WAKES HER UP!" a girl shouted.

'Wait one week she said?'

Before thinking you imidiatelly open your eyes to see where you are. The first thing you notice is the light right in your face making you blind. The second thing are the red and orange circles in the white walls. You close again your eyes in order to get rid of them. Opening them again ,this time more carefully, your eyes start wander around the room. Its small but cozy and warm. The only thing in the room are one small bed, one wardrobe an opened door that leads to the toilet and a small desk full of books.

"See? She woke up" you hear a male voice. You decide to look at the people talking.

The girl was tall with an blonde bun and hair going in the front of her face. Her eyes light brown look at you widen from the shock that you arent dead. She is wearing an black suit.

Next to her a shorter man with ginger hair that cover most of his blue eyes. He was wearing an raven fedora and a long black coat that falls in his shoulders. His undercoat is a light shade of red. You can also see he has black gloves.

"Your lucky she woke up"the girl says facing the mysterious man again before walking up at you.

"Dont touch me"you say taking your hand off hers as you still didnt know what had happened and who they are.

"Chill will you?"the girl rolls her eyes and takes your hand this time pulling it harder so you cant take it.She then puts her other hand on your head following by taking your pulse.

"See?It didnt hurt,did it?"she stands up. "Make sure she doesn't escape" the girl starts heading towards the door and looks at the man with her voice lower than before.

"You arent my boss.Do i need to remind you that i hole more power than you do? Or that we arent even partners?" The boy responds with aggression before facing you.

When he meets your gaze you see his eyes widen from surprise. You dont understand why they do but you are certain that it was surprise.

"I know chūya but right now you are to blame that she almost died.Mori said that he wants her alive. Also lets not forget that you are the one that asked for my help"she looks back and then leaving the room.

"Tsk" the boy named chūya sits to the chair next to you.

"Who are you and what do you want from me?Also who the hell is mori?" You cross your arms thinking out loud.

You quickly realise what you have said and close your mouth with one of your hands. You still dont know who these people are and that this boy almost killed you.

I mean if they wanted me dead they would already killed me right?

Or maybe is it like the magnas?

Omg what am I thinking? My life is on the line and im here thinking of non-real people.

Y/N at least you should show some more respect and dont say things like this.

Chūya leans back and watches the roof without answering your question. An awkward silence feels the room but you are kind happy that he ingored what you just said.

"Whats your name?" Chūya asks breaking the silence still looking to the wall. You feel your heart skipping a beat with his question.

Why does he want to know?

Maybe he is from this murders that wants to know his victims' names.

I just need to calm down. Its only a name.

"Melody" you decide to use the name of this body.

Im kind of a murder too tho...I even killed my best friend so I dont need to feel so scared..

You see him not talking or moving from his possition. You start wondering is he died due to the way his neck is placed on the chair.

"Your real one"he turns at you with crosses his arms. He caught you off guard beacause he somehow knew that this isnt your real name.

H-how?

"How do you-"

" I make the questions here so tell me your name murder." he snaps and asks you again.
