"KEIII!" I yell as I spot him on campus. "OTTO!!"
I disregard the weird stares I'm getting as I run towards the blonde beanpole.
He and Tadashi turn around just in time for me to jump on him. He stumbles back but Tadashi immediately holds him up.
"Tsuma, you're causing a scene." Kei says as he wraps his arms around me.
I squeal as I attach myself to him like a koala, squeezing him so tight my muscles hurt.
Everyone is at school to check their grades today, and I just got word that Kei is our class's valedictorian.
"I'm so proud of you." I mumble against his neck, laughing a bit. "Oh my god- I'm so proud of you."
He lets out a small breath, resting his head on my shoulder.
"You're not mad?"
My head whips up and he lifts his as well.
"Mad?? Why would I be mad?" I ask, looking at him like he's crazy.
"Because you're the salutatorian." He frowns.
I scoff, hitting his chest lightly as I unwrap my legs from him and jump back onto the floor.
"So? You're just smarter than me. That's all!" I beam.
A light pink color comes onto his cheeks and a small smile forms on his lips. I'm about to pull him down to kiss him but I realize people are staring at us.
Kei doesn't even like PDA, but he didn't say anything right now. Well, he did. But then he didn't try to make me get off of him or anything. I'm currently in his department so that's probably why people look confused.
"Tsukishima-Kun has a girlfriend?"
"What the hell? She's who he rejected me for?"
"She called him Otto..."
"Someone like him is dating her?"
"Right? Don't they seem like complete opposites? She's....and he's....?"
"I think they're married? But they're so young!"
"You're all dense. She's been in our department a few times and they have matching rings. Use your eyes."
I'm completely oblivious to the comments around us, literally radiating a golden hue as my eyes sparkle when I look at my husband.
"Oh! Right, you're here too." I loop my arm around Kei's and turn to Tadashi. "Let's all go have a meal!"
~
"Now that there's no secrets anymore, I feel like we can finally live comfortably." I sigh in relief, popping a piece of chicken in my mouth.
"I'm uncomfortable." Tadashi raises his hand.
"We don't care." Kei and I say at the same time as he puts more food on my plate.
We went to a fried chicken place, and since I don't like bone-in chicken, we also ordered boneless chicken and Kei is trying to make me eat it all 'to make up for the meals' I didn't have while we were apart.
But I literally feel like I'm going to explode.
"No more. I can't just eat a lot after not being used to it." I whine, putting some food back onto his plate.
"You wanted it because you said you get disgusted seeing the bone, so you have to eat it." He grins, piling my plate with all of the boneless chicken.
"I said to get a small one." I pout.
