Pamela sighed, her head aching at the thought of being rejected. Since she was a little girl, she's lived her life like any other normal child. But the moment she hit puberty she knew she wasn't like most girl, she looked at the world differently. She found beauty in girls, more than she did in boys. Having her first kiss taken by a high school senior named Jasmine, whom was her best friend and first love. Day in day out her mind would wonder to her dearest Jasmine. wondering if she was okay and thinking of her.
But lately, since she first met Anaya, all she could think about was how her full lips would feel against her, how good her hand would feel wrapped around Anaya's waist. She wanted her mate, the one destined to be by her side, her one true soul given to her by the moon goddess. Finally releasing a breath, she knocked. Hopping for the best outcome of the whole situation. The door slowly open, revealing the princess that has been invading her thoughts for weeks. Everything about her was perfect. Down to her small button nose and full pink lips.
"Hello" she said softly, peeking out from behind the wooden door. Her light brown curls pulled into a high ponytail, her dull light brown eye gazing up her.
"Hey" she croaked out, finding it hard to face the fact that she might never hold her mate close. she barely even talk to her. "Can...can i..um...come in" she stuttered, hopping she'd say yes. She was hesitant, but she nods slowly opening the door. Pamela smiled, walking past her into her room. Her room was exactly like her sister's, before they had redecorated it.
"So...., what's wrong" she slowly asked, leaving the door open slightly. It was the way she was raised after all. Not everything changes.
"I.. wanted to ask if your.. doing okay" Pam asked, licking her now dry lips. Her heart was pounding out of her chest as her wolf Silver pounced around in her mind.
"I'm...doing great, thank you" she smiled sweetly, running her hands up and down her arms. Her cheeks flushed, turning her gaze away, strands of hair falling over her face. Pam smiled, reaching out to tuck the strand of hair behind her ears. The moment her finger tip brushed against her cheek, the spark that ran through them was undeniable.
"Your beautiful, you know that" Pam smile, resting her finger under her chin, slowly lifting her head to face her. "I know... It's cliche, but it's true. I get that you think it's cheesy and-" flabbergasted, her eyes widen. She soon leaned into it, there soft lips meshed together, moving in sync. Sparking exploding between the two, her wolf silver went wild pushing her way through the barrier wanting to mark their mate.
Her widen widen in realization, pulling away from their heated moment. Her cheeks flushed both in embarrassment and shyness.
"I'm sorry... I.... I shouldn't have done that" Anaya rushed out, backing from her like the plague not once looking up to meet the eyes of her first kiss.
"Hey....hey it's okay, I kinda liked it" Pam said, finally snapping back to reality. The reality that her mate had just kissed her. "And I like you" a smile playing on her lips as she replayed the moment over and over again. Anaya gazed up in excitement, but her face held confusion. She's never once met someone who admitted that they liked her. She was usually the freak clinging to her twin sister. She's never once accepted the fact that she was gay, but she had just kissed another girl. Her sisters best friend at that.
"You do" she asked softly, salty tears burning her eyes, threatening to fall at any minute. Pamela leaned down, pecking her lips twice before responding.
"A lot" she smiled, caressing the cheek of her blushing mate. A soft knock, pulled them from their small talk. Elijah stood there smiling at the sight.
"Not sure what I interrupted, but we're ready" he said, pointing behind him. Pamela nods, turning to Anaya once more.
"We'll talk later" she said, walking away with Elijah close behind her, closing the door behind. Leaving Anaya with her scrambled thoughts. But all those thoughts were thrown out the window as her body shivered slightly.
Her eyes glazing over from light brown to a glowing ocean blue. Releasing a breath, making her way into her attached bathroom. Reaching out to turn the tap on.
But before she could touch it, water came pouring out of the faucet. The pipes began to shake violently, the shower head began to shake violently pouring out water more than it should.
She squealed, rushing out of her bedroom and down the stairs. Bumping into her grandfather.
"What's wrong pumpkin" he asked, holding onto her shoulders. She body shaking as she reached out, wrapping her arms around him.
"Water.... Crazy..... my room" she rushed out, burying her head into his polo shirt.
"Oh dear God" he whispered, wrapping his arms around her. Staring ahead in confusion. It wasn't something he was expecting, one twin having abilities was a piece of cake, but two was unexpected.
"What's going on?" Rita asked, strolling into the foyer with a bowl of raw frosted flakes. Shifting her gaze between the two.
"Our dare Anaya got her powers" he said, still dumbfounded by the news. There was only a one percent chance of her actually having powers.
"About time" Lionel said, appearing beside Sammy. Gaining the attention of Rita and Sammy.
"You knew this would happen?" Rita asked, raising her brows in a questioning manner.
"Future vision dahh...." he said, annoyed by the question. "She got hers the same way Azaya got hers"
"And how's that" Rita asked once more, with a shrug.
"By a mate's touch of course, the touch of a true mate brought out their fox. Its like an awaken for them, their way out" he explained.
