"You know, I'm too young to die"
"Dude, your 259, you've out lived most human" Elijah scoffed, rolling his eyes. He was mind rattling afraid of the journey ahead, it was only minutes before their deadline. With the fake gem in hidden in his book bag, he wasn't sure how to feeling entering the lions den. Even with the broken bond on all vampires, he was still feared by many.
Most vampires followed him because he was once the king and they agreed with his decision to bring River Valley to its knees. Others didn't.
"That doesn't mean I should walk around with a 'kill me' sign on my ass" Corey deadpan, rolling his eyes. Happy that they left the girls back at the house. Well all except one.
"No it just means that you need to shut your ass up" Pam snapped, tired of listening to whine about the mission they had. "How much longer" she asked, using her enhanced hearing to listen their surroundings.
"Not long now, now put on the medallion" Elijah said, glancing over his shoulder, gazing back at her with the medallion tight in her grip. She nods, lifting the medallion over her head allowing it to fall, landing on her shoulder, her features shifting into that of Klaus's. It was a charmed medallion enchanted by light magic given to them by Misty. It allowed the wearer to shift into the person of their choice, allows the wearer to sound like the form they take as well. "So....." he dragged out. gazing ahead.
"What?" she asked, trying to be oblivious to the conversation she knew was coming.
"What's up with you and Anaya" he asked, with a smirk.
"What, somethings going on with you and Anaya" Corey asked, turning to face her. She scoffed, rolling her eyes.
"She's my mate" she admits, licking her lips, the thought of her beautiful mate made her smile. It was merely the simple things about her mate that drove her wolf wild.
"No way"
"Your gay" Corey gapped.
"No you moron, I'm a guy in a chicks body" she stated sarcastically, opening her hands.
"Really, that's a thing" he asked, pointing between the two friends staring at him bewildered.
"No, it's not" Elijah replied dumbfounded, shaking his head with his mouth slightly open. Releasing a breath, turning on his heels. Corey shrugged, following close behind. "So... does Azaya know" he asked. Of all the thought rushing through her mind, telling Azaya was not one of them. How was she suppose to tell her best friend that her sister was her mate. She hasn't even mention the fact that she was gay. Not that's it a secret, she just wasn't showing it off like most gay couples.
"No" she shrugged, she wanted to tell her friend, but she could bring herself to do it now. Especially at a time like this. "But I will tell her.... after everything's delt with" she says. Her wolf ears perk up at the sound of footsteps rapidly heading their way. Both boys stood at attention as they came face to face with Jeremiah. The evil smirk playing on his lips was almost deadly.
"Well, well, well what do we have here" he said, his hands firm behind his back as he came toe to toe with Pam, all of them seeing what the medallion wanted them to see, which was Klaus. "Klaus Michealson and his pets, always a pleasure" he said, gazing over her shoulder.
"Cut the chit chat, where's Larry" she hissed, trying her best to sound like Klaus. She's barely spent much time with the guy, so impersonating him was harder than she'd thought.
"Eager aren't we?" Jeremiah questioned, shaking his head. "But sadly, you'll be dealing with me, now hand it over" Pam scoffed, gazing down at his out stretched hand with a blank expression, or as blank as she could make it.
"I do deals with Larry, not you, so lead the way jackass" she growled, suppressing the urge of her wolf. Jeremiah's smirk only grew in mischief, glancing over his shoulder at the five men standing behind him. Few of Larry's followers no doubt.
"Fine" he shrugged effortlessly, turning on his heels. Using his pointer finger, he signaled for them follow. Making his way towards the small two story house that laid ahead. It wasn't long before they entered Larry's office. The back of his chair facing them but the bimbo straddling his waist wasn't out of view, and there was no surprise as to who was grinding on him. It was Chanel.
"No surprise she's fucking him" Corey murmured, rolling his eyes. That being the first sensible thing he's said all night.
"Always knew she was whore" Elijah shrugged, his attention turning far end of the room. His gaze connecting was a pair of light blue eyes pulling him in. Every part of him wanted too walk over there and state him claim. But to his dismay, he shrugged it off, turning tot face Larry who was now facing them with a wide smirk. His head tilted slightly, examining there every move.
"Ahh, boys, right on time" he smirked, walking around his desk was Chanel clinging to his arm. The smirk playing on her duck lips. "Well hand it over" holding out his free hand.
"Not so fast, we want our mate's and their friends" Pam said, trying to keep her cool. They're gaze not one shifting from him, as his followers stepped out of the shadows, surrounding him in a defensive manner.
"How about, you give me the gem, while Toby bring them up" he smirks, she scoffs in ward, shaking her at this. Knowing his words were pure lies. "Now....hand it over" he hissed, his men slowly surrounding them. Corey scoffed, snapping the neck of the vampire closest to him.
"My bad" he smirked, releasing the head of the no bodiless vampire. Elijah and Pam stood they're ground. Larry hissed, glaring daggers. "Hand them over, or we stop playing nice" Corey added, tilting his head.
"Kill them" Larry hissed. His men attacking from all angles.
