Emily wakes up and starts to get ready for school. She still can't stop thinking about her kiss with her teacher, so today she wants to wear something that will draw his attention and hopefully distract his teaching.

Petty you might say. Well in Emily's book she lives by the word petty. Today she's wearing a red tank top showing half of her cleavage, black shorts, showing 90% of her legs, and black van's. And due to what that girl was wearing yesterday, she's certain that there's not a dress code.

"Ouuu Emily has a boyfriend momm!" Nora yells as Emily comes down stairs. "Shut up no I don't." "Who are you looking cute for?" "Nobody it's just shorts and a shirt, no big deal." "Will they even let you wear that?" Kendrick asks coming into the kitchen with a big ass apple in his hand.

"I saw some girl wearing a tank top yesterday but I don't know about the shorts." "Just because someone else was we-" "Yeah I have to go I'll take my bike." "Emily, come here." "What? I'm going to be late." "Why did you have detention yesterday?" "I'll tell you later I really need to go."

Emily gets on her bike and strolls off. Emily's mom has been dealing with this type of attitude since before her dad died. She wants to be close with her daughter again, sometimes she just can't see that happening.

Emily arrives at school spotting her friend Tina. "Hey what's up." "Oh, hey.." "What's wrong." "Nothing I have to go, we can talk later k?" "uh, ok?" Tina walks off somewhere, leaving Emily confused.

But she lets that go when she spots Mr. Heins. He's standing with a teacher talking and smiling. His smile is the cutest thing, and it makes her heart melt when she see's it. She walks in that direction pretending not to notice him until the teacher Mr. Heins is talking with stops her.

"Excuse me, miss." "Yes?" "Uh shorts should be fingertip lengths." Emily looks at Mr. Heins before looking down at her shorts, he's looking at her with a blank expression. 'What could that mean?' "Does it bother you sir?" "Excuse me?"

"My shorts? If they bother you so much, maybe you should I don't know.. go to a all boys school. That way you don't have to worry about how short girls shorts are."

Mr. Heins takes a sip of his coffee with a smirk on his face, trying his best to hide it. 'This girl has guts.' He thinks to his self observing the conversation with the two.

"Now please excuse me, I have a class to get to." Emily takes one more look at Mr. Heins before turning around and walking away. It takes all of his power to not look at her ass that is almost visible due to how short her shorts are.

"Wow, do you know her name? I need to write her up and probably talk to her mom." Mr. Heins chuckles. "They're just shorts John. Don't you think your making a little to much out of them." He laughs walking away, leaving John with a confused expression.

Everyone is now seated and Emily chose to sit in the front, right in front of Mr. Heins desk.

'This is going to be fun.' She smiles as he steps into the room. "Ok, so the principal wants you guys to do surveys on what you want to learn this year. It's not like they're actually going to teach it but, it's what ever. Pull out your chrome books and fill it out. It should be in your home room modules."

After He's done he looks to Emily who sits in front of him staring back. He walks in front of her doing the same position he did yesterday where he had his hands on both sides of her desk.

He knows what it does to her, so he decides to have a little fun and do it again. "Mrs. Hays, where is your chrome book?" She looks at him with a smirk.

"I don't have one sir." "Well then I guess we should go get you one."

The two walk to the door, and Mr. Heins ask the teacher next door to watch his class. Leading Emily down to a hall she has never seen.
