Rapunzel's P.O.V.
"What?!" I practically yell.
"I'm joking."
"Really? You just had to do that? You just love attention don't you?" I say out of frustration. "You're unbelievable!"
Pitch is suddenly in front of me. Inches away, breathing heavily. I take a step back from his furious face. I was taken aback and nervous.
"Lost princess, never tell me I'm unbelievable." That old wound. He had an issue with being believed in.
Wait. Lost princess? I remembered the lost princess talked about in Corona...
No way. I can't... It couldn't be me!
Even though the lanterns might have something to do with it. After Pitched walked away, my mind suddenly flooded with the vision of a crib, a gold sun above me. From inside the crib, I could see two people who resembled the next image, a moral of the King and Queens made of small stones in the village.
I am the lost princess.
Gothel. She hid me from the world when I should have been hiding from her! She kidnapped me from my home to keep me away from everyone and everything! How could she?
I slowly slid to the ground. Jack. I thought. He will know what to do.
If he comes.

I have to get out of here. I stand up, and look over at the globe. No one is there. I decided to go check it out. The globe looked really old. The only thing that looked a little new was the tiny lights all around the continents. They were all over. I touched one, in America, and it grew even brighter.
Thats when it started. Voices everywhere. Children crying out in fear. Begging for help. Then it morphed into Merida and Hiccup's voices. Finally it became Jack's. But when it started to become my friends, it turned to anger, spitting out words of hate. All aimed at me.
"You are pathetic!" Merida's voice yelled.
Hiccup said "You always got in the way."
"Ugh that annoying squeal!" Merida accused.
"You are a traitor." Jack said. I put my hands over my ears, but it didn't help. I looked around frantically for the source, but I only saw Jack.
It was almost Jack. He had black hair and green eyes, but other than that they could be twins. He strode up to me with an evil grin. I put my hands down, all the voices now were Jack's. His face was inches from mine. "I hate you. I've always hated you. I wish I could completely forget you ever existed."
This can't be real. It can't. But why does it hurt so much? My heart feels like someone ripped it out, stomped on it, then shoved it back in. What's happening to me? I know it's not real. Jack, the real Jack, would never say that. Would he?
Fear. Its making me doubt myself. I never felt it like this since... Since I started to think Jack wasn't coming back all those years ago.

Jack's P.O.V.
"Rapunzel." I whispered. She ran over and hugged me. We let go and I said to the gang, "You guys get out while you still can. I'll take care of Pitch."
"Yeah. No. We are taking care of Pitch." Merida said, and giving me a look that dared me to argue. I opened my mouth to say something, but I couldn't think of anything to say so I closed it again.
Just then Hiccup leaned over and whispered to me, "If you care about your life, you should nod your head." I laughed a little.
Side by side we walked through the tall doors where we knew Pitch was waiting.
Together we didn't forget what we can do.
