Cassie's POV

Waking up and realizing your best friend could be in serious harm right now is never a good feeling, but with the way I was feeling, I honestly did not feel like doing anything.

Wait no.

Waking up after a nap in the middle of the day is worse.

I figured Chris must've been tired and in pain, but I guess it's better than him being dead.

Sacrifices.

"Ughh." I groaned in pain as I felt my head begin to throb once again. "Oh my gosh!!" I cried.

I sat up in bed waiting for the pain to pass and when it took longer than usual, I was quickly finding myself gripping my head in pain as my headache squeezed out every pain I had felt.

"Hey." I heard the door hit the wall as it opened, but I was too distracted by my throbbing head to see who it was. "Are you okay?" He asked before coming closer and placing a hand on my shoulder.

"Ughh." I groaned squeezing my eyes shut trying to suppress this moment.

"Cassie." I familiarized Drew's voice. "What's wrong?" He asked, I felt his hand caress around my aching head.

"My head." I whimpered. "It hurts." I squeezed my head to my knees.

"I'll go get you some water." Drew said slipping out of the room.

I laid with my head in between my knees breathing slowly as I felt my headache slowly begin to fade away. When my head began to feel sane I lifted my head up and looked around, not only was I still held captive, but my headache had disappeared.

I laid back down in my to make sure my headache was completely gone when Drew entered my room. "Hey." Drew greeted holding a bottled water in hand. He seemed to start every sentence with Hey.

"Hi." I greeted softly. "Is that for me?" I asked referring to the water.

He looked at me and then at the water, "Oh yeah." He said startled. "Well," He paused, "for your headache?" He said in more of a question then statement handing me the bottle.

"Thanks." I took it. "But I think my headache just faded." I added returning the bottle. I sat on the edge of the bed.

"Well." He sighed think of what to say, "You look dehydrated." He observed. "Drink up." He held out the bottle for me to take.

This was beginning to be a battle of who'll take the bottle. In all honesty, I was a bit thirsty, but I didn't want to take the water just like that. If they wanted to kill me they would've done it already. Right?

"Thanks." I surrendered holding the bottle in hand.

"I'm not going to hurt you." He chuckled at my hesitation.

"I didn't say you were." I countered innocently. Oh who was I kidding. Of course I was.

"Then why do you look afraid?" He smirked. "Do I scare you?" He chuckled.

"Sorry." I huffed. "But I'm not used to being kidnapped for two weeks." I rolled my eyes.

I wondered if he can tell I was trying to hide my fear through "tough Cassie".

His smirk appeared once again and let me tell you I just wanted to punch it off his face."You act like that's a bad thing."

Is this guy retarded?
