***10 Years Later***
"Don't worry." He whispered sliding his fingers down my face.
"No stop. I whispered shutting my eyes tight hoping he'd leave.
"Why? You know you want this." He muttered into my ear, his hands sliding down to my side.
"Cody." I squealed at his touch. "Please." I cried.
"It's ok baby." He said his lips laying ever so slightly on my collarbone ignoring my pleads.
"I said stop." I cried quietly pushing him off me. He was quite shock by my defense, but clearly he didn't like that he wasn't getting what he wants.
Angry with the way I was acting, he pinned my hands to the bed and attempted his little fantasy again.
"No. Cody." I tossed and turned. "Stop!" I cried waking up from my horrible nightmare. My eyes suddenly shot open and I looked around to see I was still in my dark room. "Ughh." I sighed. "It was just a dream." I fell back in bed in relief.
"What the hell is going on in here?" Lorraine groaned barging into my room unwelcomed and staring at me with irritated eyes.
"Sorry." I muttered. "I had a bad dream." I added slightly embarrassed.
"You inconsiderate brat." She started. "Don't you know there are other people in this house. We don't need a nobody howling nonsense in this household." Lorraine said angrily.
"What happened?" Cody ran into my room "worried".
I knew he was acting because the more of a goody two shoes he is, the harder it'll be for his mom to believe what a complete jerk he is.
"You see what you did." Lorraine threw me a death stare, "You woke up Cody!"
"Sorry." I apologized shyly, but still in belief that I was living in a jacked up home.
"I can't wait until Isaac gets home to punish you." Lorraine mentioned. Isaac was the stricter foster parent, he was always telling me that although they wanted to adopt me I'll never have a place in their family. And honestly I didn't care what he said because I didn't want to be a part of their family anyway.
"Mom, let's just forget this." Cody said pushing his mother out the door. Once his mother left the room, he looked back at me, "Can't stop thinking about me can you?" He smirked egotistically.
"More like what you did to me." I groaned grinding my teeth in anger while taking a deep breath.
"Honey." He paused, "how many times do I have to remind you?" He added. "You wanted it as much as I did." He smirked. I hate this jerk.
He winked right before he left my room. My room was back to being the dark room it was earlier. Sleep appropriate.
"Why must my life be horrible?" I whispered before going back to sleep.
*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Good morning!" Megan exclaimed once she saw me walk into the kitchen.
"Ughh." Cody groaned. "Can you not." He told his little sister.
"Morning." I greeted back exhausted since I didn't get that much sleep last night. I plopped in the seat across from Megan and poured myself a cup of orange juice.
"Here's a granola bar." Cody held it out in his hand. If he expects me to eat something he's hand giving me, he's insane.
I examined it , "I'm fine." I said shrugging it off.
"Whatever." He said throwing it back onto the counter and leaving the room.
"I heard you yelling last night." Megan whispered. I looked at her with widened and guilty eyes, "Are you ok?" She asked.
Before I could answer Lorraine walked into the room her hands filled with papers. "Cassidy, where's my coffee?" She asked. Really? I've been living here for a long time and she still doesn't know my name?
"I'm fine." I whispered quickly to Megan. Then got up to the coffee machine and poured her coffee into a togo cup. "Here you go." I placed her coffee on the table in front of her.
Lorraine took of a sip of her coffee and before she could swallow or blink she spitted it out in disgust. Megan and I looked at her surprised at why she did that. "This coffee is cold you bimbo." She said in disgust.
I ran over to the coffee machine to see that there was ice in it. "Who put ice in the coffee machine?" I asked upsettingly. Everyone knows Lorraine's coffee is the one thing that keeps her going.
I turned to look at her with a confused expression on my face, then I saw Cody smirking on the other side of the doorframe. I threw a death stare at him and walked to Lorraine. "I am soo sorry." I pleaded. "I'll make another batch." I suggested gesturing to the coffee machine.
"I'm already late." Lorraine retorted. "But there is something you can do." She smirked holding the cold coffee in hand.
"What?" I asked suspiciously.
Lorraine took the cover off of her coffee cup and dunked her cold coffee all over me. "Mom!" Megan shrieked, while I heard Cody snickering in the background.
"Clean it up." Lorraine smirked dropping the cup on the ground.
I was currently covered in my foster mom's cold coffee that my foster brother had made . Not to mention I had to be in school in 10 minutes.
"Kids. School. Now." Lorraine ordered grabbing her stuff and walking towards the front door.
Megan ran up to me with a towel and helped wipe the coffee off my face. Her face had an upsetting reaction on it.
"Megan, let's go." Cody hollered.
She handed me the towel, "I'm sorry." She apologized with worried eyes.
"It's ok." I assured. We exchanged a little smile before she followed her brother and mother.
Looks like I was going to be late to school.
Once again.
