I felt Jimin's cold hand grasp onto my hand tightly once we started walking again

I felt Jimin's cold hand grasp onto my hand tightly once we started walking again. I was at the very back, and the light from Namjoon's torch barely even reached to me. The only reason I hadn't tripped down or walked into something was because of Jimin. Each time I came too close to either of those two happening, Jimin would quickly push him out of the way, or pull me up before I fell.

After crossing the cavern, we walked into another closed tunnel. Suddenly coming to a stop. As the minutes passed and all I heard was faint distant whisper from ahead of me, I felt my heart pick up its pace. I tried squinting my eyes to get even the slightest idea of what was happening, but it was of no use. I felt Jimin flinch suddenly before stepped closer to me.

"Hobi hyung left." Jimin whispered, "What's going on?"

I was about to answer with- 'Jimin I'm literally behind you, and I'm none the wiser of the situation.' but then I stopped. Feeling his hand tremble from fear, and get even colder if that was possible.

"Hey, it's okay. They probably found something." I whispered back. It didn't seem to assure him that much, but he nodded nonetheless. After a few moments, I felt him step away and go back to his place.  A little after that he leaned back again and whispered, "There's some glass shards ahead. And things you can hurt yourself with or trip on. Be a little careful hyung, okay?"

I nodded even though Jimin mostly likely didn't see it and drew a line on his wrist. A couple pf seconds later, we resumed once again. Even though, I knew there was glass shards on the ground (though I had no godforsaken idea of how they came here of all the places) the lack of light didn't help and I ended up stepping on a piece of shard.

It took every bit of my willpower and control to not scream out in pain as I felt the pointed edge of the shard pierce through my skin. I didn't need to tap to ask Jimin to stop, since my vice grip on his hand was enough of a message that something was wrong.

"Hyung what happened?" Jimin asked in an urgent tone.

"Ah-" I stopped, gasping when a sharp shot up leg. I sucked in a sharp breath and knelt. Carefully feeling the ground below to make sure my knees don't dig into more shards. I carefully took off my shoes. But in the dark, I couldn't make out anything.

"Hyung, what happened?" I heard Hoseok ask.

I tugged Jimin down and whispered, "Ask Namjoon to shine the light on this side."

"Okay." Jimin quickly responded. I had to wait a few moments before I narrowed my eyes as Namjoon pointed the lights towards me. He walked over to me to see what had happened.

"But at the front-"

"Don't worry, Jungkook's keeping a watch." Namjoon interrupted, kicking away from shards from around me. He handed me over the torch to get a better look at the wound.

"God- hyung-" I heard Jimin gasp seeing the bloody wound on feet.

"Eh, it's okay..." I mumbled. Hissing in pain when I touched the shard. I had to get it out before it dug in deeper.
