"Where to now?" Yoongi asked

"Where to now?" Yoongi asked. Namjoon looked around. There was two sets of stairs and both of them were blocked with rubbles. We would've have to go back the way we came from, but the idea wasn't ideal. There was no way from there either. Going back up and then finding a new route would take far too long.

Namjoon pressed his lips in a thin line and I had a feeling he already had an answer to the question but wasn't sharing it with us. He caught my eye, and looked a bit taken aback. Probably understanding that I knew he was hiding something. I raised my eyebrow and he gave me a tensed look.

"Namjoon, what is it?" I asked.

He sighed, and glanced around. Looking worried, "We-We... have one way..."

"And that is?" Jimin asked, getting a little impatient.

Namjoon tilted his head and with a hesitant look answered, "The elevator shaft."

My eyes widen hearing the answer, "What?"

"There are elevators here?" Taehyung asked at the same time.

"Yes. But the elevator won't work but we can still use the shaft." Namjoon answered. I was expecting the others to disagree since even Namjoon was unsure about the answer. But if the others were unsure, they didn't say anything about it.

"Okay, but how are you planning to open the doors?" Yoongi asked.

"The doors are of panoramic glass. It's breakable." Namjoon answered. I sighed, and nodded, "Very well then. Lead the way."

Namjoon gave a short nod and walked towards the direction of the elevator. Jungkook stayed behind. I was about to ask why when I saw him climb down the stairs to the rubble and pick a few pieces of it. He came back carrying a sharp edged rubble.

The lift was made of glass, like Namjoon had said. But it wasn't as easy to break. Jungkook had to hit a couple of few times before a crack appeared. And even more times before the glass actually shattered a little. Few more blows, and the glass broke down. The sound of its pieces clattering down afterwards echoed.

"Where's the elevator anyway?" Jimin asked as Jungkook peered down the depth of the shaft.

"Uh, I-I think the rope got cut off and now-now it's below water." Jungkook answered, glancing up at us before looking down once again, "The door, two floors down, it's open. We can get out from there. I-I think we should hurry- the water level is rising up."

"So, who-who's going down first?" Yoongi's voice echoed.

All of us looked at each other. The plan that looked quiet simple a few seconds suddenly felt like a life-threatening stunt. Probably it was. Then after a few seconds, Jungkook spoke up.

"I'll go."

All of our heads snapped towards the youngest boy. Namjoon being the first one to speak up, "What? No!" He frowned, and then after a short pause, he added, "I'll go first. Yoongi hyung come after me. Then Taehyung, then Jimin, then Jin hyung, and Jungkook you come in last."
