I groaned, slowly opening my eyes. A splitting headache coming into effect as my vision blurred in and out. A ringing sound echoing in my ears. And a numbing pain across my body which made me groan. Once I was able to see properly, I looked around, wondering where I was. Am I on the wall? I wondered. Confused too see the staircases front of me. Everything seemed upside down and my head hurt too much already to make any sense of what was happening. I only remembered a little of everything that happened. Taehyung was holding my hand as we ran towards the party hall. I saw Hoseok somewhere and then a huge crowd of people came out of nowhere and I got separated from the others.
I cursed under my breath realizing I didn't know where Hoseok was, or Taehyung and Jimin. Grunting in pain, I tried to get up. The floor seemed to sway underneath me. I furrowed my brow in confusion when I saw my pants sticking to my skin. And when I crouched down to inspect, I realized there was a wound running down my calf. The blood hadn't dried yet. The wound didn't look deep but I wasn't sure.
I had to find the others. Carefully, I started walking. I guessed I was in the hallway on the same floor as the party hall. But why was it so empty and dark?
My eyes widen in horror when I saw bodies piled up in front of him. The floor and walls painting with blood. Bile rose up to my throat once the stench hit me. I had to control my urge to throw up right away. But once the realization hit me, the disgust faded up to absolute fear.
"Hoseok hyung!" I called out, praying mentally that one of these bodies didn't belong to him. The dimly lit hallway made it hard to see. And even harder to walk through without accidently touching one of the bodies. But at the moment, I didn't care. I had to find Hoseok, or even Taehyung.
"Shi-" I almost fell down when I came near the party hall. The door was now below and if I hadn't noticed it before I could've fallen down. Suddenly a heard a low groan, echoing through the hallway.
"Hello?"
There was moment of silence before I got a reply, "Kook, is that you?"
My eyes widen once I recognized the voice, "Hoseok hyung?"
"Yeah, I'm-I'm stuck here, can you help me?"
Instantly, I turned, trying to locate where his voice came from, "Hyung, can you please describe where you are?"
I knew it won't be of much help, but at least I could hear his voice and find him.
"Uh, it's pretty dark here... there's-there's a staircase beside me, and-and, a-a- hold on, the door in front of me says number three-three five four."
I knew it was the floor above the part hall. Or to be more specific the floor currently below me. Quickly, I rushed downstairs and looked around. The hallway here was darker than the one above.
"Hyung?" I called.
I didn't get a verbal reply but I heard a groan. Turning around I saw a shadow moving around in the corner.
