Jax punched Jacob in the face.

"Jax!" Liv yelled putting her hands over her mouth. Jacob landed back on their kitchen counter.

"I expected that." Jake rubbed his nose and stood up straight. "You know this ain't right, bro. I knew it was Clay that put the hit on Opie."

Jax looked at him betrayed, learning that Jacob wanted to send his sister far, far away from Charming. He stood back and only stared as Jacob continued to speak.

"Olivia could have been killed just like Donna. Raped if it weren't for Gemma. You still want her here? You both could leave."

Liv looked to Jax hopeful. It would pain her to leave Jacob but Jax too?

"Jax, he's right. Let's leave, baby." Liv grabbed his now bruised hand to massage.

She couldn't let one thing go though. The note that J.T. left on her dad's manuscript.

She wasn't sure if this would push him to leave or push him to avenge his father's death. Either way, she had to tell Jax. It wasn't fair for her to keep this secret from him.

Liv looked to Jacob "Hand me the manuscript"

Jake didn't want to give it to her. He only stared until she snatched the manuscript herself from inside his kutte.

She handed it to Jax as he realized that Jacob also had a copy.

"He left it for our dad. I found it not so long after they died." Jacob admitted, looking down at his shoes.

"I just found it the other day in his room." Liv searched for a reaction from Jax. "You deserve to know."

Jax looked over the manuscript, the note attached to it specifically that read:

To Joseph, you were never a part of this but you knew more than anyone else and for that I am grateful. So long, brother.

Jax read it over about ten times before he said anything.

"Who else knows about this?"

"Just the two of us." Liv reached her arm out to him but he kept his eyes on the manuscript. She dropped her arm. "I don't think his accident was just an accident."

Jax with rage filling his eyes looked at both of them "You're saying my old man was a coward?"

"No!" Liv panicked and turned to Jacob for help.

"We think he knew he was riding on his way to death. The bike was messed with. There was no way he lost control without him knowing before hand that he would. He knew that bike." Jacob explained slowly.

"The only one your dad let work on it other than himself was Lowell." Liv stepped closer to him wanting to help him process this new, overwhelming information. "And he's gone, Jax. When is it that he disappeared?"

"A week after J.T.'s death." He said. A red, angry glow simmering around him. "You think it was Clay?"

"I don't know, maybe." Jacob answered knowing the question was directed at him.

"I need to find out."

"How?" Liv interjected. "If you go asking around, they'll get you Jax. Our parents' death was suspicious too. Whoever it is...th-they'll kill you too."

Jax took her into his angry arms. He was able to contain the shaking and anger just for her.

"My dad, my mom. They both knew things. J.T. said it himself. I wouldn't be surprised if they were a part of this too." Jacob spoke.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Jax snapped at him, more betrayed that his best friend would keep this to himself.

"Didn't want to ruin your relationship with your step-dad."

"I'm going to kill him!" Jax let go of Liv, grabbing his helmet and slamming it back hard on the table.

"You can't! Not yet. Swallow that shit up, Jax. We have to get through this Zoebelle thing first. We gotta be smart, like you said. Focus on the outside before the inside. And I want those motherfuckers killed before anything."

Jax gripped the helmet once again. "I gotta find out where Lowell's kid is."

"Wasn't he doing hard drugs?" Liv questioned. "That's the last I had heard of him."

"Clay had given him a job at TM." Jax states, not really remembering seeing Lowell Jr. for a while.

"He's  in rehab. Won't be able to talk until he's out." Jacob stares at the ground. He already looked into it.

Jacob leaves then, kissing Liv on the head and squeezing Jax' shoulder.

"We won't leave, Jax." Liv wraps her arms around him. "I want to find out who hurt my parents. Their accident...I have just always had a feeling."

Jax' feet stay glued to the floor. Her small self not causing him to budge. He runs his hand through her soft, wavy hair.

"After Zoebelle, we'll kill Clay." Jax says confidently, decision made. Liv shudders. She still wasn't used to the murder but if Jax' stepfather had anything to do with her parents' death, then she sure as hell would warm up to it.
