Liv walked into her house with sun glasses on the top of her head and a bag of groceries. She was surprised by a cursing Gemma.

"Shit! You weren't supposed to see.."Gemma climbed down from the little ladder. She was hanging up a small banner that read 'Baby Shower'.

A few months had passed. Liv's bump was starting to show and Jax became even more doubtful with the club. They were starting to pick up on it.

"Isn't it a little too early for that Gem? We don't even know the sex yet.."

Liv had gone to the doctor with Jax. He held her hands as the doctor spread the goop around her belly. They smiled cheesily at each other.

"Never too early for a baby shower! It's just family, don't worry about it." Gemma patted her shoulders.

Liv roller her eyes but then perked up "Want to go with me to the doctors in a few weeks? I'm supposed to find out the gender."

Gemma smiled happily "Of course" she embraced Liv.

"Jax is going to be down in Arizona unfortunately" Liv sighed. This would be the first time Jax really missed something important. She cried when he first told her but quickly got it together realizing it was just her hormones.

"We'll call him as soon as we find out!" Gemma clapped and then made her way to the rest of her decorations.

Liv walked down to her and Jax's room. She was greeted by Keanu. He had become especially protective over her around the first month of her pregnancy. She laid on the bed with Keanu next to her belly.

When she woke up, she found Donna on the corner of her bed.
She was smiling.

"Ummm, Donna, are you okay? You know Gemma is here right?" Liv rubbed her eyes. She was surprised Donna stepped anywhere near SAMCRO.

Donna laughed "I'm here for you, Liv!"

Liv snapped her head towards the clock. She had fallen into a deep sleep only to wake up basically thirty minutes after the baby shower.

"Shit, are people here?" Liv asked.

"Well, the kids and I just got here. Luann is out there helping Gemma. Jax didn't want anyone to wake you up but I knew you'd be upset if you were late to your own baby shower."

"Where is he?" Liv asked.

"Went to buy more ice with Opie" Donna answered as soon as she asked as if expecting the question.

"How are you both?" Liv asked concerned about her friend.

"Making compromises." She both smiled and sighed.

Liv took that as a sign that things were getting better. Donna laid out a skin tight long baby blue dress with white sneakers to match Jax while Liv washed her face. As Donna left the room Liv couldn't help but overhear Gemma and Clay as She was turning the corner right when they mentioned her name.

"Jax has been in the storage unit." Gemma spoke up.

"So what?" Clay questioned.

"Found John's manuscript. I don't want John Teller's ghost to be clouding his judgement." Gemma answered.

"It won't" Clay retorted.

"You gotta nail Jax down. Liv and the baby can't afford a J.T."

Liv scrunched her eyebrows. Why would they be so concerned?

She heard Jax's voice and casually passed Gemma and Clay.

Jax looked her up and down "You're one hot pregnant lady"

Liv rolled her eyes and threw her arms around Jax. The rest of the night flew by with laughter. Liv couldn't help but smile at Donna who seemed to be getting comfortable with the club again.

Liv sat on Jax's lap, hand on her belly as she watched Tig, Juice, Opie, Chibs, Jacob, and Bobby try tying their shoes with a big balloon under their shirt. She noticed Donna getting along with Gemma this made her heart happy but there was still a bad feeling behind the conversation she caught on to. Was there something else on that manuscript?

"Overhead something interesting today" Liv spoke up.

Jax scrunched his eyebrows. He stood her up and led her to their room. He carefully shut the door.

"Gemma and Clay were speaking. They don't want J.T. clouding your judgement...made it sound like there was more to it." Liv sat herself down beginning to lose her breath and suddenly crave hot Cheetos with strawberry yogurt.

Jax, who was leaning against their closet, rubbed his hands down his face "There's nothing on that transcript. I've been waking up every day since you told me you were pregnant with a sick feeling. Wondering who was gonna die today. And it scares the s— out of me. And then I woke up this morning, and it was gone."

Liv put her hands on his face.

He looked at her worriedly "I think that scares me even more."

"I have your back, Jax. I'm behind you 100% of the way, baby." Liv tried to comfort him.

A knock soon came to the door.

"We're leavin'" Donna grinned.

Liv nodded and followed after her.

Soon after waving them off goodbye Donna came back with a chipper attitude.

"Decided I'd stay back to help clean."

Liv smiled at Donna's new positive attitude.

"We should go get some supplies though." She added.

"I'll go with you!" Liv grabbed her purse and told Jax where she was going.

The two girls rode in the truck reminiscing the times they would spend together running errands.

"You're a great friend, Liv. Thanks for always--" And before Donna could finish, a gunshot ran through the air. The truck flipped over as it crashed into another car.
