"You alright?" Jax asked as Liv plopped down on a chair. Her belly was getting heavier to carry.
Liv nodded "Just asking me how I was feeling..."
Jax relaxed at her answer "I'll see you soon, alright? I'll call you when I can and you call me if anything happens. Get Piney to contact me if I'm not answerin'. My mom'll be here. Get her if you need anything."
"Yessir" She saluted him in an effort to get him to smile. Liv knows the confusion she's put him through the last few hours. She's going to be able to relax a little on the lies with him gone.
Jax kneeled down "I love you"
Liv pulled away from the kiss he wanted to plant on her lips. He sighs and kisses her head instead.
     "I love you too, Jax"
He walks off. Liv waves Jake goodbye from afar. She felt horrible for lying and for rejecting him. She couldn't bring herself to kiss him.
"How's he doin'?" Gemma asks Liv as she steps back into her office.
"I can tell he's worried." Liv furrowed her eyebrows but then turned to face Gemma.
       "And you?"
"Just need some time. Clay's barely looking at me."
Piney stops by with a packet "Mail"
"Just leave it there" Gemma tells him.
Liv tries to comfort her "It'll pass Gem"
But Gemma doesn't answer because when she opens the packet, there's a brown bag that has the name "Sherman's" written on it. A white mask is in there that makes the room quiet.
"He was wearing that" Liv says quietly feeling herself get anxious. Gemma must have got the same feeling because she quickly sat down out of breath.
"I'll be back" Gemma grabs the packet and her keys.
"Where are you going? Don't go over!" Liv stands up "I'll come with"
Gemma looks back at her expecting Liv to follow.
"Shit no I got to go into the school today. I have to take care of some stuff before I'm able to go on maternity leave."
"It's fine" Gemma walks away fast to her car.
Liv gives up on going after and calls Unser instead knowing he'd have her back on this.

Liv hops into her car and heads to the school to give instruction and pick up some of her things. When she arrives, she sees a basket of fruits and chocolates.
"We all pitched in to get you this. A 'see you soon' gift and a 'Get well soon'." Ms. Perkins, her secretary, smiles. Liv turns to see her head poked through the door.
"You all are so kind." Liv smiles and hugs her. Liv trusted her secretary. She never questioned her about Jax or the club and never gave any funny looks.
"Have you thought of the any names?" She asked happily.
"I'm thinking Abel. It was my grandfather's name. Still needa bring it up to Jax though." Liv rubbed her belly. Moments later she received a call from Unser. Liv was already in her car on her way back home.

"Gemma alright?" She asked him.
"She's out of sorts. Matter of time before she hurts someone."
Liv sighed "She has to talk to somebody about what happened..."
"I tried." Unser spoke "Do you?"
"Needa talk to someone?" Liv chuckled a little knowing damn well she would not talk to anyone unless it was her brother or Jax
"I'm good, Chief." Liv changed the subject "You care about her." She was referencing Gemma.
"Known her since she was twelve. Your mom and I tried talking her out of running away when she was sixteen. Came back ten years later with a baby and a motorcycle club."
Unser was cool with Liv's mom. Liv was pretty sure they all went to the same high school. Unser was a few years ahead.
He continued "Sort of like how you did"
"You know it wasn't like that but I did end up getting a baby." Liv slightly laughed.
"You got that right. You and Jax seem to be doing okay." He seemed to genuinely care about their relationship "The biker and the school principal. A fun pairing."
The two hung up. Liv made a mental note to contact Ryan about making an appointment with a therapist for Gemma.
As quickly as that mental note was marked, Jax called her. She thought of declining the call but Jax was already suspicious.
"Hey" She said.
"Trip was cut short. We're gonna be headin' home in a bit."
"Oh is everything okay?"
"Yeah just wanted to hear your voice" He said naturally. "And we got caught up in a bounty hunter situation"
Liv felt herself get nervous for Jax "Careful, Jax. Abel is gonna need a dad."
"Abel?"
Liv felt his smile through the phone.
"Yeah, it was my grandpa's name. Do you like it? We can change it.."
"Nah, I like it. Means 'breath' right?"
"Yeah, how'd you know?" Liv grinned.
"You told me about it once, how your mom would say taking a 'breath' was important." Jax remarked. This made Liv emotional just at the fact that he remembered something so special. She tried not to sound like she was crying knowing Jax would worry.
"Hey Jax," Liv could hear Half sack through the phone "Clay's lookin' for you."
Jax nodded at the prospect "Alright, babe. I'll see you soon."
The two hung up. Jax turned his attention to the old man massaging his hands down the street. He walked over to him knowing what was to come. The bikers were all in the middle of nowhere. They had just retrieved Tig from the bounty hunters that had taken him.

"I don't give a shit about today. Where does this go tomorrow? Next week?" Clay started.

"Where does what go?" Jax glared.

"Your need to undermine my every goddamn play."

"I got no need to undermine you. The things I call out are about the club. About you and me. Guess I got to get right with you. What you did. You do. You got decades of experience. Why don't you tell me how I do that? How I get right with you trying to kill a brother behind the club's back. Your little trigger boy blowing an innocent woman's head off. Endangering the mother of my child." Jax was clenching his jaw. It took every fiber in his body to not chop off Clay's dead arthritic ridden hands.

"You're going to have to figure that out for yourself, son. But... I'd do it soon. 'cause if you mention Donna or the incident again... I'll kill you." Clay walks off leaving Jax to rethink whether he should let Clay live another day.
