The next day, I went to school with a light mood. It feels like I will not be bothered by any fake friends, iba talaga nagagawa ng vacation! It is like a treatment to every stressing stuff you have encountered.
Naging maayos naman ang takbo ng school life ko, even if I have no friends inside the campus. I have a friend I can go to every friday. That's like our expected time to meet, we haven't talk about it but I infer it as the day we would.
'Yun ang pareho naming maluwag na araw, he's been so busy. I am too. Tuwing friday naman ay parang araw na pwede kang huminga sa gitna ng mga gawain. When you're a student with no weekend class, friday is indeed the favorite day of your week.
I was elated to go out after class, alam ko kasi na may ganap ako ngayong araw bukod sa deretsong umuwi. But my excitement changed into surprise when I saw a tall figure leaning on a black car at the university's parking.
Umawang pa saglit ang labi ko bago ako malawak na napangiti. I didn't waste time and stride faster towards him.
"Chase!" I called him with a jolly tone.
He's wearing a navy blue pullover paired with a tailored-fit jogger. The clothes isn't fitted but just enough for his well-built body. Ang fresh niya tignan! He never failed to be attractive in my eyes. Well, I didn't expect to see him here, I was planning to meet him somewhere!

"Hey," He approached me. "Are you done?" He asked, checking the buildings from my back.
"Yes!" I beamed. "Are you here to pick me up?"
