I bit my lip as I waited for the lines to appear. I closed my eyes and tried to peek but I ended up closing my eyes. Umiling-iling ako at binitiwan nang hindi tinitignan. Binaliktad ko ito at naghugas nang kamay.

I am doing a breathing exercises when a knock disrupted me. I glance at the door.
"Wife, I'm going in. I can't help waiting," Chase said in rush.
I blew air in my cheeks, "Go ahead."
Mabilis na nagbukas ang pinto ng bathroom, his eyes quickly found mine. I pouted that made him worry as he checks my whole body.
"Why?"
Umiling ako. "I'm a bit scared, hindi ko pa nisilip..."
He sighed in relief and pulled to hug me. Pinatakan niya ang noo ko ng halik bago bumaling sa gilid. He breathed before he extended his hands and take the pregnancy test facing backwards.
Pumikit ako muli, please be positive. I feel our baby is here in my tummy na but I'm still anxious.
Naramdaman ko ang paninigas ni Chase, I slowly open my eyes and look up to him. Nakaawang ang labi nito habang nakatitig doon.
I bit my lip.
"Hey, babe?" untag ko.
He blinked his eyes, before he turned to me. Mabilis niya akong kinabig at nanlalaki ang mata kong sinalubong ang mga halik niya. It wasn't a violent nor soft, it was longing tila sabik na sabik sa akin.

I giggled at my own thought but quickly swallowed by his mouth. I moaned as his kisses are getting wild. Oh my gosh.
Napatili ako nang buhatin ako bigla ni Chase, what's with my husband!
"OMG!" I squealed as he dropped me off the bed. "H-Hey-yy—S-saglit, hubby!!!"
Lumayo naman siya mula sa aking leeg, malamlam siyang ngumiti. "Thank you, baby." He give me a peck in the lips. "Thank you so much."
"Huh?" I tilted my head.
He grinned, "We're pregnant."
My mouth formed an 'o'. I tried lifting myself and he quickly helped me. Mabilis akong napayakap sa kanya habang nag-iinit ang mata. We're having a baby!
"I'm so happy," I whispered as I tried not to cry. Why ganoon? Hindi naman me iyakin pero sobrang nagluluha ang eyes ko.
"Shhh, baby. We're going to the hospital tomorrow okay?" He whispered back as he make a soothing pattern at my back. "I'm so happy, too. We're going to be parents now to our first child."
Tumango-tango ako habang kagat-kagat ang labi, naiiyak ako so much! I want to bit Chase so I did.
"Ouch," he abruptly said. Oops.
Lumayo ako nang bahagya para matingnan siya, I pouted as I tried to hide my smile. "Sorry,"
His brows lifted, "Pinaglilihian ako, hmm?"
Tumawa ako.
He just kissed me again.
"I can manage, baby. It's only our first pregnancy," aniya. Umangat ang kamay niya, he put it on the top of my belly. "Ilan nga uli ang magiging kapatid niya, wife?"
Umawang ang labi ko. Are we really going to this topic agad? Hindi ko alam kung matatawa me or what.
We agreed to have four kids. Yes, I know that's many! But I want to have a big family, something that I've never had. I am an only child, and my close relatives were actually far from here. Ang pinakamalapit lang ay si kuya Sawyer na isang anak lang din.
Isa pa, I want our children to be besties! Para hindi sila maging loner like I was when I was in highschool though I have genuine friends now. I have three besties even!
And this is something we both desired to have. We both want a big family, because we can manage.
"Can you make absent muna today?" Pagpapaawa ko kay Chase. "I want you here lang, I'm going to miss you, I want to cry."
My husband let out a heavy sigh, tila problemadong-problemado. Napasimangot ako, I feel like I'm giving him a big problem. I don't know why I'm feeling like this. Our baby is feeling like this! Magfo-four months na ang pregnancy ko and my bump is getting bigger na.
"I can go home early, " he slowly negotiated.Lumapit ito sa kama para daluhan ako. His hand went to my waist as he carresed my stomach. "I just really need to attend this meeting."
I frowned more.
He chuckled and his eyes went to my body, particularly to my baby bump. He lowered his head.
"Daddy is going to work hard for you and your future siblings so please be nice to mommy."
I blew air in my cheeks when I realized I have to just wait for him to go home. Wala na akong nagawa nang tumayo ito at patakan ako ng halik sa labi.
"Hey, you go home early ha!"
He nodded assuringly. "Of course, babe. I love you."
"I love you, too."
