Felix

"Felix?"

I was sketching something in my notebook when I heard Fiona softly speak. We were waiting to be called on set stage for our photoshoot.

"What is it, Fiona?"

I grumbled, not wanting to break my concentration. She went completely silent afterward as I could see her looking back towards the set. Her soft brown eyes were filled with sadness and confusion as she nervously smiled back at me.

"Are you still mad at me about the last photo shoot?"

She blurted out, causing me to laugh at her ridiculousness.

"Fiona. Don't make me laugh. Why would you still think that?"

I cleared my throat, regaining my composure again. She frowned, looking down at her hands. I was unaware why she was so upset. There's no reason for me to be mad or for her to be upset. I simply do not understand.

"I don't know. We have this photoshoot and I don't want to make it awkward again because.."

She completely froze as I met her beautiful brown eyes. Why is my heart rate increasing? And why is it warm in here all of a sudden?

"Because?"

I asked, clearing my throat and breaking the tension. I looked away, hiding my now flushed-out face. She shook her head, regaining her senses before continuing.

"because I Uhm..consider you a friend?"

Fiona became flustered with her words, which made it hard to interpret her tone. I couldn't understand whether she was confused or serious. She considers me a friend? An actual friend? That's definitely new. I've never really had a real friend before, is this what I'm supposed to feel like for a friend? Is that why I feel weird on the inside when I see her or when she talks to me? Maybe so.

"Felix?"

I didn't realize I was too deep into my thoughts that I had completely ignored her comment. Before I could respond, her name was called from the distance. Fiona frowned as she quickly removed her robe, underneath revealing a beige tulle mini dress that beautifully accented her skin tone. She patted her dress down as she mumbled something underneath her breath before walking away.

Did I upset her?

Fiona

I don't even know why I'm so bothered by Felix's unresponsiveness. I just felt like Felix and I was finally becoming real friends. But maybe it was stupid of me to ever think that we could ever be friends.

"You okay, Fi?"

I felt a hand squeeze my shoulder, causing me to break free from my thoughts. I looked up and saw Adrien hovering over me with a concerned look on his face.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks."

I looked away, hiding my face from him. We were waiting to be directed for our next pose so we were just standing around the nearly decorated park that was set up for the photo shoot.
